I got 7 neck fans for a family outing. All are rechargeable with supplied USB-C cords. Here they are, with brief comments: 1. Feitenn Mini Clip Fan, Portable Bladeless Fan with 360° Rotation I was intrigued by the small size. Pound for pound it puts out a lot of air. It is small, has a small battery, and is lightweight. You twist the cover to move the air vent to the desired location, then clip it on your shirt collar. I didn’t like how it stretched my collar, and it only cools a small area. I ended up carrying it in my hand and manually pointing it at various parts of my face. On the plus side, it is very compact and is the only one that you can use to cool parts of your body other than your neck. If you are a minimalist, go for this one. 2. Heelkl AI Neck Fan, 4 Speeds Adjustable Portable Personal Fan Rechargeable If you desire “more power,” this is the one for you. It is the largest, heaviest, and most powerful of the bunch. It has a distinctive style, which will get you some looks. Unlike the others, which have vents around the neck, this one has two powerful fans that blow straight up at your neck. On high, it feels like you have your face in front of a strong fan. The air covers your neck and face. It was powerful, but according to my daughter, it was weird-looking. It was also returned. 3. TUNISE Neck Fan, Personal Fan with LED Display, USB-C Rechargeable, 4000mAh-Battery The remaining 5 all look like headphones with vents around the entire circumference. The Tunise was tied for quietest, but the two quiet ones also produced a little less air. The Tunise has an LED that shows the 3 speeds and the remaining battery life. It comes with a card with “Happy? Not Happy?” and a variety of ways to contact support. It was the second most expensive at $22.79. 4. Morelax Neck Fan, USB Rechargeable Personal Fan, 3 Speeds Adjustable The Morelax is very stylish, good-looking, and lightweight. It is tied for the most air volume, but is also is the noisiest. Since you’ll likely be using it outdoors, this may not be an issue. It is very stiff, with a medium neck size, so it’s great for kids and most adults, but not good if you have a large neck. No LED light. It has a green light that stays on continuously. At $15, it was very reasonably priced and possibly the best value. 5. Hotsales Neck Fan, Hands Free Bladeless Neck Fans Portable Rechargeable, 6000 mAh Battery The others have a 4000 mAh battery, but the Hotsales has a 6000 mAh battery. It is tied for the most air volume while slightly quieter than the Morelax. No led indicator. Comes in more colors, like orange, my daughter’s favorite color. At $25.64, it was the most expensive of the group. The bigger battery only added a smidge to the weight. It was the only one with a warranty card that also had support numbers. 6. Jkjoy Portable Neck Fan, 4 Turbo Bladeless Neck Fan, 4000 mAh Battery The Jkjoy was the cheapest of the group, at $12, but feels solid, has a 4000 mah battery, and a LED light showing the speeds and battery remaining. Also, a medium neck size, stiff, and a smidge heavier than the others. It was tied for the quietest, but also tied for the lowest air volume. It also has a little neck cushion to keep it off your neck, a good thing if you are sweating. 7. jkuoo Portable Neck Fan, 360° Cooling Personal Fan, 5 Speeds, The Jkuoo distinguishes itself by being twistable. The others are basically stiff plastic with a fixed shape, but this one is moldable, allowing you to change the air direction. It will also accommodate the largest and smallest neck sizes. It has 5 speeds and a LED indicator which shows the speeds but not the battery. It’s one of the lowest-priced, and the air volume and noise are midpack. It comes shipped with a safety cover over the power button. The packaging was basic, and the look is not what I’d call stylish, but it does the job. I’m not sure how much twisting it will take before it breaks. Time will tell.

I really like this little fan. The design is sleek and low-profile, and the color is trendy without being overly bright or flashy. One thing I noticed right away is that it's lightweight. It's about the size of a mandarin orange. When clipped to clothing, it doesn't feel heavy or like it's constantly pulling on your shirt. That's important because some wearable fans can be awkward after a while. The airflow is easy to adjust, and I found it helpful to be able to change the speed depending on how much cooling I wanted. I've used it about 10 times for an hour each and haven't needed to charge it yet. My only minor complaint is that the highest setting is a bit louder than I expected, especially since the fan sits fairly close to your ears. It's not a deal breaker, but it's noticeable. Overall, it's a nice-looking, practical little fan that works well and is easy to wear. For about $17, I think it's a great value.

I am really impressed by this little fan! Thanks to menopause and some autoimmune issues, I run SO hot all the time. Living in a hot climate as I do, it can be absolutely intolerable at times. I have started always carrying with me a handheld electric fan which has been amazing. Honestly though, because it's handheld, it's a little fiddly. And it's obtrusive. There's no missing it and I feel like I get strange looks sometimes. I ordered this cute mini fan because I wanted something that wouldn't have to be held and that wouldn't stand out so much. So far I've been very very impressed with this mini but mighty fan! Sizing: it's actually larger than I expected, so I wouldn't actually call it truly mini. Because of that it does stand out more than I expected, and due to this size, trying to clip it to a neckline means it pulls down on your shirt. I didn't find it to be too bad though, just requires initially readjusting because as it droops where you pointed the air towards has moved. Noise: it's not quiet. It's not loud. But you aren't going to be near people and expect them to not know it's on. I did not find it requiring anyone to raise their voice to be heard, but be aware that you aren't wearing this on the Down Low. Battery Life: WOW! Now don't expect miracles. This is a little fan with a little battery. But right out of arrival, I plugged this in to fully charge it and then cranked it up to its highest setting to test how long it would go. It lasted from 8:40 pm to around 10 pm with no breaks. I couldn't believe it! I haven't tested how long it will last on lower settings but obviously it's going to last even longer! Very impressive. Breeze: It puts out a nice strong breeze on high and medium. I did have some issue with the width of the breeze. It's very narrow. It took me a while of constant adjusting to realize that it doesn't blow straight out of the vent, but instead blows in a narrower stream at a 45 degree angle out of the vent. So if you point the vents right to where you want the wind to go, it won't get much. You have to angle it a little to the side of where you want air. Overall I love this little fan and would recommend it. I think it could use a broader venting to give a wider range of cooling (i.e. if it's pointed towards my face it can feel a little bit like all the air is going straight into my nose or eyes), but it's still a great portable device that I'll take with me again and again.

I have mixed feelings on this. I was looking for a fan that I could clip on my shirt at work, that would not be incredibly bulky or loud, or get in the way. I really like the design, especially for what's available out there now, it's not huge, and it's pretty quiet. It has decent blowing power, not the coldest, strongest ever, but it definitely helps, especially for what I could wear. You can turn the vent to aim it where you want it to blow so that is great. My biggest issue is the battery doesn't even last 1 hour on the second speed, and you at least need that to stay somewhat cool. Now if it were sold as a 3 to 4 pack, so I could switch them out through the day, at this price I would be all for it, or if the battery lasted way longer. If you didn't need something that freed up your hands, or needed to be worn on your shirt, or it could be bulky, then there are definitely better options.

I originally ordered this portable fan for myself to keep cool while doing yard work, but it has turned out to be an absolute lifesaver for my pregnant daughter! She is currently expecting her second child and loves to spend time in her garden, so I passed it along to her to keep her comfortable in the heat. It has exceeded our expectations. Because it is bladeless, it is incredibly safe. You don't have to worry about long hair getting caught while wearing it, and more importantly, it is completely safe to use around little ones. Strong Clip & 360° Rotation! The clip is sturdy and secure. While it works great clipped onto a waistband or shirt for gardening, the design makes it incredibly versatile. It easily attaches to baby car seats, strollers, and baby carriers to keep the little ones cool, too. For a mini fan, it packs a punch with three distinct speeds, yet it remains impressively quiet. I ordered the Feitenn Mini Clip Fan, Portable Bladeless Fan with 360° Rotation, 3-Speed Rechargeable because I live in Florida and it's already feeling like it's the middle of summer, It arrived quickly and I immediately charged it up. I was surprised at how powerful this little fan is. The amount of air that it moves is incredible. It has several levels and it is easy to adjust the levels to keep comfortable. . It has a clip so you can clip it on your waist or on your shirt. The weight isn't much but I did notice that my shirt was a little stretched out where it was clipped to. It was comfortable to wear and use. There was some noise when using the fan but it wasn't loud enough to disturb a conversation I was having about the fan. I had to look up and share it with my friend so she could order one. It works very well and seem pretty reliable. The price is a little higher than I would normally pay for a small personal fan but it is powerful and works well.
