Good quality for the price, setup wasn’t all that complicated, is sturdy and cables operate smoothly and well. Compact size fits great in the low ceiling of my basement, takes 1” and 2” plates, and to save lots of time get yourself a ratchet set or an attachment for a drill because it’s a lot of bolts and having that really sped things up. Really awesome product, solidly built. The only cons I can think of is the separate rack holder would be unnecessary if they gave proper plate holders instead of the 2 that go in the most inconvenient spot ever. It's right where you would want safety bars for doing bench press inside the cage, and the extra plate holder sticking out is just more footprint in an otherwise compact cage. Instead I opted to buy a movable horizontal plate holder that I could keep away from the cage. For the price it is pretty worth, there are pros & cons to each of the functionally similar cages (mikolo, major fitness, ritkeeps, etc.) Pros: I think the etching on the side is very nice, the orange powder coated uprights are super nice, this has a lot of good stuff built in for a relatively inexpensive price compared to your REPs and Rogues. Everything is usable and functional out of the gate. Safety bars seems solid. Dip bars are nice (could use padding, honestly on all of the accessories). Pullup bar is decent. Seems sturdy enough. Compact cage but not too small to not be able to do anything in the actual cage, while still being a small footprint Cons: Instructions could be a little confusing at times. Would've loved to see maybe some triangle braces on the bottom parts of the cage, a little bit better quality pulleys (aluminum or the option for aluminum), an extra pair of jcups, and then plate holders that you can actually use in other spots. Also having the back holders for the functional trainer be tilted up more so the plates have gravity working with it more. In the end I'll probably end up buying 2x3 plate holders to put on the back uprights to weigh the cage down as there is a slight wobble Price: $600

This thing is fantastic. The instructions were extremely helpful and they told me where every nut and bolt went. They didn't sound like English was their third language. I was not missing anything at all even though the boxes arrived looking as though one of them had fallen off the truck and skittered down the highway. I definitely recommend this thing it is amazing value for the price

Assembly - instructions were clear and easy to follow. It took 4-5 hours to complete but understandably since it's a large piece of equipment. Very functional and diverse with many different exercise options. We love it so far!!

As advertised, it is a sturdy piece of home gym equipment. Multiple upper and lower body exercises can be performed with this versatile addition to your home gym. Thus far, it's handled all the weight that this recreational powerlifter has used and it's felt stable at all times. Installation was challenged by directions that didn't exactly follow the hardware that was included. But nothing that couldn't be solved by a little deductive reasoning. A couple of what I would refer to as design flaws: 1) the 2" adaptors for Olympic plates slide off the pegs when removing the plates. I plan to glue them on, as I only use Olympic plates. 2) I had to remove the plate mounts that came with the rack on the sides because I needed that space for the safety bar. But I have an external plate rack so it didn't pose an issue. Overall, I don't think you'll be disappointed if you choose this rack.
