although i did check the measurements, my foot rest is not quite 4" high after 48 hours unpackaged. would the extra half inch make a difference? hard to say. it is better than my feet dangling but i have only used it one day so not sure how helpful it will be. the pictures are very deceiving on the webpage and the packaging.....check the proportions: child's feet used possibly? otherwise, 6 inch long foot! Looking around now, i wish i had taken more time to research footrests but i am retiring in six months so it should be fine until then. If wanting one for the long term, definitely research and i would suggest an adjustable one. ... show more

    • Relieves pain in my back and legs when sitting for long periods of time
20 years ago are used to work in an office 7 hours every single day. That really wore on my legs, back and feet. I remember having a small stepstool to have under my desk so that it would raise up my feet and release the pressure on my back and legs while I sat all day. I have not worked in an office for at least 8 years now. For the past year, I have actually been working in my at home office at a desk for about 4 hours per day. I started filling back and leg pain again and it didn’t dawn on me what I needed to do to fix this problem . Then I remembered about my small stepstool that made a huge difference while I was sitting & working from home. This multiple use, versatile pillow is quite amazing!!! This simple foot rest pillow is much softer than I imagined. The pillow itself is firm enough to keep its shape, but the material on the outside of it is very soft and silky. You don’t even need to wear shoes with this pillow...it's actually better for bare feet or socks only. I now actually look forward to work because I am so much more comfortable & have so much LESS pain & pressure!!! I just use this on the carpet in my home office and it doesn't budge. It stays in place!!! Placing this in different positions addresses my calves, thighs & my back! Total Game-Changer if you have to sit most of the day for your job!!!     • Definitely smaller than pictured...
Okay, yes to be fair it is smaller than it looks in the pictures. I was fooled by that too. But I have to say I think that is on the seller and I equally. The pictures are misleading, however If you pay attention there is a picture that does give you accurate measurements. I think this could be improved by the seller using more accurate photos in their listing, and maybe putting the dimensions in the item description as well as in photos. As for the consumer, don't be me, make sure you read everything. I have to say dispute the misleading pictures it really isn't that bad, and I think the 2 and 1 star reviews are just being to critical. It works for my needs and while it is smaller than I expected, it is true to the size of given dimensions. ... show more

    • The non electrical must have item for work from home setup
This is a surprising thing i did not know I needed for working from home. When I bought this, my expectations were set low to this as a basic foot pillow. But this multiple use pillow is amazing. First this foam rest pillow is much softer than I imagined. The pillow itself is firm enough to keep its shape, but the material it is covered with is so soft and silky. You do not want to wear shoes with this, it's better for bare feet or socks only. I work from home and I now look forward to work because I am so much more comfortable. I set my legs on this and it has helped alleviate some back pain by not having my feed on the floor the entire time. I use this on carpet and it doesn't budge. When I want to move it, I just lift it up with my feet and place it whenever, and it stays beautifully. Placing this in different positions addresses my calves. This foot rest is amazing. It's ergonomically shaped for extreme comfort for my feet and ankles. My left ankle swells because I broke it a few years ago and this helps tremendously to keep it from dangling down. I use it when I'm sitting at me desk as well as when I'm just lounging around on the sofa. It helps me to reduce pain and swelling as well as feet and leg cramps. The media could not be loaded. I bought this under the desk teardrop ergonomic design foot rest as a present for my youngest son, he uses a bonus room in our house for his computer, that still unfinished, the floor is bare concrete, so is really cold and uncomfortable. This foot rest provides support to the feet and keeps the legs elevated, it has a non slip button, so it doesn’t move around. You can also flip it over and becomes a rocker, he said that is very cool since he can move his foot and legs even when is sitting. Made of 25D high density sponge and the cover is made of velvet.
