Due to injury on my wrist decades ago, every time I do a task that requires twisting or a strange grab angle, I end up suffering for about 10 days of pain while my tendons are back to normal. The problem is, sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and I am bending my own wrist in such a weird angle it takes longer to heal. If I could just isolate it , it would have a shorter heal time. These are not the most expensive and they are not the cheapest but they are comfortable, the cloth absorbs sweat and moister. Easy to clean in the gentle cycle, cold water, no spin, and minimum time ( light soil setting) - if you can dry them naturally is best, but a low heat dryer also works well. They have three adjustment belt and I find that my wrist strain heals a lot faster, days instead of weeks. On real bad strains I wear them all day, and light strains just during the night. These are the best I found and I have tried quite a few in the last 50 years (i'm 70). I have an injured (not broken) wrist and my orthopedic surgeon told me to sleep with an arm brace to keep my wrist from bending in my sleep. I did plenty of researching before choosing this item. It is easy to put on. Watch the videos, if needed. Glide your arm gently inside the sleeve, making sure your thumb goes through. Lightly tighten the strap closest to your fingers first, then the third strap, then the middle wrap around strap last. The brace should be comfortable, not tight. Reposition the velcro straps if it feels tight. You want to feel comfortable. I wear this at bedtime. Do not get it wet. I am very pleased with this brace and will be showing it to my doctor, in case other patients need a good choice. This brace is well made. I would certainly buy it again. ... show more

I read the reviews on these braces and decided to try them for myself since I have carpal tunnel syndrome. You can make the braces very tight or loose whatever is your preference. When you have them on correctly, they feel really good and your wrists do not move, yet you can still grasp things, hold your phone, type on the computer, etc. The one thing I don't care for about them is there is like a lip you have to remember to slide your hands under to get into the brace the correct way. I understand that is for protection so you aren't rubbing your hand on the straps. When you are putting on the braces, there is a middle strap that wraps all the way around 360 degrees and when it latches on to the other straps if you don't have a good hold of it, that can be annoying but other than that I have zero complaints. I highly recommend these braces and when these wear out, I will buy them again. ... show more

I tried two different braces this one by far was the better of the two. With three straps for adjustment you can adjust it so that it fits just right. I was having trouble sleeping at night due to carpal tunnel syndrome in my hands going numb or tingling. Wearing this brace at night allows me to sleep through the night without any discomfort. Though not it’s intended purpose, my son used this for a wrist/hand injury. It was extremely painful for his hand to bend back toward the top of his wrist. As an offensive lineman, he couldn’t use his hand for blocking. This brace made a huge difference and he has no trouble making his blocks pain free, including some pancakes. I've tried many night braces for carpal/ulnar tunnel and this is the best. I use it mostly while sleeping to prevent numbness. The braces with beads are cumbersome, bulky on my palm, and the inner sleeves are too tight on my forearm. I've used the Mueller Green brace for months which is small and comfortable, but recently it was causing more numbness. I think because it only has 2 straps and I had to tighten it too much around my hand for stability. This brace stabilizes my wrist in neutral position, but is not tight on my hand or forearm. I think the middle strap does the bulk of the stabilizing, which seems to be perfect for me. It's surprisingly comfortable for as large as it is and not too hot while sleeping either. I don't wake up wanting to rip off my brace or with numbness...it's wonderful! ... show more

I broke my wrist in two places. They put a splint over the elbow on it in the emergency room that day. I had surgery a week and a half later. Following surgery they had just put a shorter fiberglass (?) splint roughly the same length as this brace. The splint was sort of pokey on the ends, so I ordered the brace a week later. It’s working out really well. It is easy to take it off to change the dressing over the staples. I can also adjust how tight it is depending on swelling, and what not. I had a follow up visit today. The doctors office said the brace probably looked as good or better than what they would give me. ... show more
