So overall these are nice and do what they should, which is to support your elbow during push exercises. HOWEVER... I would recommend you don't wear them during pull exercises, since the way they bunch up in the bend of your arm can bruise your bicep tendon. Ask me how I know.

I previously bought the GymReaper version and they fell apart in less than a year. These are really high quality, and I think they look better too. Don't buy any other brand if you're looking for elbow support.

    • Measurement Diagram is NOT Accurate

I measured my arm according to the recommendation and the diagram describes my size as a medium which seemed very small to me. Since I kept reading reviews noting that they run small, I ordered the recommended size. It wasn't even close. I struggled to even get one on. It would be an incredibly uncomfortable experience to do anything in them as is. I'm returning them for a large size. Hopefully that will do the trick. These seem to be well made and aren't cheap. I'll update this review with the new size. Update: I received my large size sleeves. I bumped them up to 3 stars from 1. My issues come with the thickness of the material. They're a bit uncomfortable to use beyond a few exercises. I use them for a few specific exercises at the start of my workouts when I feel the most discomfort. After that, I put them away until the next workout. They have helped me get over some nagging elbow pain I've been experience which is great. Neoprene will make sweat, but the comfort factor is so high. I usually feel muscle strain in my forearms and elbows on the bench or standing push press, but these really help.

    • Overal good support, better than simple compression sleeve

Was a little frustrated M size was too tight to get over my elbow, L is just a tad loose for my preference. Overall, good sleeve though. Replaced some drug store, basic compression sleeve. One geared towards weight training seems to make a difference and was a solid upgrade.
