I purchased the zero gravity massage chair from EASPEARL in Sept 2023. I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about buying from this company. My chair was shipped by them from China. The chair description, price and seller reviews won me over and I decided to accept the risks and take my chances. I have to say I was more than pleasantly surprised. The company reached out to me several times prior to delivery, after delivery and was available and very responsive to questions. One of the unsolicited messages sent to me was to say they saw I was eligible for a rebate on the chair that I had not requested. Then they promptly sent the credit to my card for the rebate. What companies do that?!?! I am so impressed with this company. I would definitely purchase from them again. As far as the massage chair, I’ve owned it for 5 months now and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It’s exactly as advertised. Was super easy to install. Only had to attach the foot/leg section. Basically plug and play. The only thing that may cause some people issues is the delivery. I live in the country and have a long gravel driveway. The huge 18 wheeler that delivered my chair has to deliver curbside. If I had a “normal” driveway the driver would have been able to help get the chair to my garage. Not an option with my driveway. He did however assist in getting it in the back of my pickup truck. My neighbor then helped get it in my garage with his skid steer. I have “mover wheels” I purchased on Amazon that my friend and I used to get the chair into the living room. Set up was easy and we were using the chair about 30 minutes after we moved it. So just keep in mind you will need help with the delivery from your curb/driveway/garage area. Unfortunately the seller did not offer white glove service. If they did I have several friends that would be purchasing the same massage chair. If you are able to do without white glove service I highly recommend this chair and especially this company. They went above and beyond. Definitely 5 stars all the way around.

I bought this for my 88 y.o. father. I too use the chair. I have never had another chair so I can not compare it to other chairs. I'm 6 ft and 215 lbs. I fit fine in the chair. you want a good deep tissue massage go to zero g. The stretch program is great also. Almost at one year I was in the chair and hit pause. The zero G stopped working. I messaged them to see if there was a reset option. No hassle, no questions, they sent me a replacement ram and motherboard. Easy replacement and she is back up and running. You won't be unhappy with this chair!

I looked at the reviews of a lot of chairs and chose this one. Now that I have it, I'm super happy with my choice. Some of the reasons....*came all in one piece and there are rollers so that the chair can be tilted back and rolled, *heavy duty so will hold "big" people, *wall hugger, so I don't have to sit it in the middle of the floor. Now the important part...so many massage features! I can adjust for the youngest and oldest in my family, When my teenage grandkids come in they head for the "chair." And last but not least, the company is amazing and I feel like the value of the chair is more than worth what I paid.

This chair is just amazing! I wish I had bought it years ago! I had the best night of sleep after literally sitting on it for hours lol My husband was mad at me for spending money on it until he actually tried it. Now he is thinking about getting another one.

Pretty darn amazing product for the price that you're purchasing it for. However, the advertising is often false not telling you the differences between the different models. Like the only main difference is that you can see here is the one with the arm tablet to access like control panel. Three of them have them. Three of them don't, but they're all different priced and doesn't tell you the differences between them. I called customer service but they don't really tell you anything helpful. They try to say it's a discount but even when it's not a discounted day they always say the same thing and so does that a description so it's very fishy. So I would say this is a better than average product. But keep in mind I wouldn't support someone who is minute bit of what their products descriptions. This minnipative with their products descriptions. There are better products out there for equal if not better price.

Okay, I don't know where to start when reviewing this product. It took me a very long time to research the kind of massage chair I planned on getting. #1 because it was a huge investment and #2, It's for my business /clients. This was the only company that offered a warranty after the manufactures warranty was up and the customer service was AMAZING!! Next, the chair arrived sooner than expected. The rollers are a little much when on the lower back, however, everyone is different. Customer service was A1 also which is HUGE for me!!

Stop what you're doing and just buy this chair. I've done months worth of research and decided on this chair for my husband. This is his most prized possession, he's 6 foot 2, 230+ lbs, this chair is perfect for him! He can barely stay awake only minutes in using the chair. It's definitely worth the money, delivery came when they said they would, chair was fully assembled, it IS a heavy chair and the delivery people will only deliver to your steps, either hire a moving company or have some extra man power around. This chair is great!
