Its not bad fits tight and offers OK support...I use these type braces for nighttime use and sometimes travel and for carpel tunnel syndrome. I have another brace that is more substantial that I use daytime when pain is sever, but it is uncomfortable to sleep with. This brace is smaller than my previous nighttime wrist support but of similar design. It may not be good for someone with larger hands. Also for me I wish it had more lower hand support both front and back to help keep my wrist from bending. Lateral Wrist support seems to be adequate. These are better suited for someone with very small hands. The jury is still out on how well it relieves pain and works as I have just received it. Also the carpel tunnel pain I was experiencing has subsided, so its hard to tell at this point in time how well it works but if a flair up occurs in the near future I will modify the review. ... show more

I purchased these wrist braces as I have ALS and my wrist are getting weaker so trying to get up from couch or bed is difficult as wrists are weak. These have a metal brace in palm of hand and wrist area so it braces me and gives me confidence to get up easier, without fear of wrist folding on me. I read reviews that the Velcro didn’t work well but mine is so strong I can hardly pull apart so it also makes me feel a bit safer it won’t come off I’m only using right hand now but will use left in future. I’m still able to sew with the right one on so that’s a treat for me. ... show more

I have grown to love this support band. In the past I used to wear one with a metal bar in it, but that's really uncomfortable not being able to move your wrist at all. This one is supportive enough that it prevents my wrist from flexing TOO much, but it's still flexible enough that typing is comfortable and easy. I notice that my wrist hurts far less when I wear it, for sure. And it's easy to put on and take off. ... show more

The fit is way too small for anyone with a large hand or wrist. Very uncomfortable. Thumb hole is small. The material is scratchy when it rubs my arm. Had to return it. But if you have small hands this would probably work great.

My son got this due to pain from repetitive wrist movements from cashiering. It fits but doesn't quite restrict the wrist high enough in his arm. His pain is on the thumb side. We kept them because they will work great for me for my wrist pain after gardening.
