I bought these for my girlfriend when she started having wrist pain during pregnancy, and it helped her a lot. The braces provide really good support and keep the wrist in a comfortable position, especially at night when pain can get worse. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a snug fit, and the metal splint helps stabilize the wrist to reduce strain. The material is breathable and soft, so it’s comfortable to wear for long periods without feeling bulky or sweaty. It’s also convenient that the pack includes braces for both the right and left hand. Stop and read this! If I could give this product more than five stars I would. I have been suffering from carpal tunnel, especially in my right hand, wrist, and forearm, for the last several months. It has progressively been getting more uncomfortable at night, to the point that it was waking me up with not just numbness but also with pain in my first three digits as well as some pain in my wrist. Once I was awake, it was incredibly difficult to get back to sleep because no amount of stretching or flexing or massaging the area was doing anything to relieve the pain, numbness, and discomfort. Again, most of my issues were at night while I was sleeping. I decided to give this wrist brace a try after seeing a few videos and reading several reviews and I'm so glad that I did. I primarily wear this on my right hand which is my predominant hand. I followed the advice of a few video reviewers and did not excessively tighten this wrist brace up. I just simply put it on my hand so that it was comfortable, but again not overly tight. I have worn this for two nights in a row now and I can say after months of suffering with carpal tunnel through the night with no exceptions, this brace on the first night took away 98% of my symptoms and by the second night I had zero symptoms through the night. Zero! No numbness, no tingling, no nothing. Because I do not wear the brace overly tight, there is obviously still plenty of wrist support to be effective, but my wrist does not get sweaty and I'm not left with weird Impressions from the brace. There is a nice neoprene sleeve inside, as well as a wonderfully soft lining throughout the interior. The brace is honestly very comfortable to me. I am fairly aware when there is a new pattern being introduced, and this brace has not troubled my sleep at all. The velcro is more than effective, and there are no scratchy sides that stick out that you need to worry about. The bracing inside is effective, but not harsh . My mother had a wrist brace that had metal stays in it and she said she would whack herself in the head with it at night and wake herself up. This brace has caused me zero discomfort in my sleep. One last thing I would like to add is that previously upon waking in the morning I was beginning to nervous shocking Sensations running through my wrist and fingers when I was trying to do the simplest tasks. Since using the brace, those Sensations when I first wake up have almost completely subsided . I cannot speak to wearing this throughout the day. I only purchased it for sleeping, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. For the price, you can't risk not giving it a try. I hope you love it as much as I do.

I have bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome and these help me some. Less pain using these when I sleep. Did they eliminate all my pain? No, but they do help. Will they help you ? Maybe. Depends on how bad your symptoms are.
