Even after being baking pizzas for about two years and getting the hang of it quite well already; there is one day when your kitchen is warmer than usual or the dough is stickier than it should, so It's always good to have one of these sliding pizza peels at home. They are great for launching sticky pizzas or just those that have extra sauce and toppings. This one is well built and has a nice look with its wooden handle.

This sliding pizza peel has a clever design that helps slide pizzas off with ease, and it definitely makes the process smoother than using a traditional peel. The frame is made of plastic, so it can feel a little flimsy, especially with heavier pies, but it still holds up well enough for regular use.
