As mentioned in other reviews, a little difficult assembling one of the chairs due to the screws not wanting to fit in correctly but we got it to work, and it looks great. This set is actually really nice. Assembly was pretty easy. One chair gave me a hard time on one spot not lining up but I got it. It looks like it sets a little low to the ground. The cushions are decent. The back cushion is thicker and softer than the butt cushion so if you have pancakes for a booty your butt might eventually start to hurt a lil but for the most part the chairs are comfy. They are really wide to so bigger people can sit in them. The frames are made of wicker and its good strong and sturdy. Would recommend. I might buy a second set to have extra chairs. The table is small and strong but perfect height to the chairs. All and all good product!! ... show more

The chairs are nice and wide. I was concerned the back of them wasn’t going to be high enough for comfort, but I have no complaints. I’ve had them for several months and they have held up well so far. They were easy to put together. My 7 year old put them together with only a little help. Color is true to the listing. The assembly instructions aren't the best, but I figured it out after a few tries! It's super important not to screw in the screws too much until all of them are in place, otherwise you're going to have a hard time. I worried that at this price point, purchasing this set might be a risk. However, I did expect that the chairs would at least be useable for a time. Unfortunately, as you can see in the picture, on the back of one of the chairs, the holes do not line up. This makes the back of the chair unsecured and therefore unusable. I attempted to take the chair apart and put it back together, believing that I may have made an error in an earlier step. I contacted Factory Direct Wholesale and they emailed back and forth with me for several days to ultimately tell me I needed to speak with Amazon. I called Amazon customer service today and was given the option for a partial refund (of $29) or a replacement set as long as I mailed the current set back to Amazon. I have already spent approximately two hours putting the functional chair and functional table, and troubleshooting the defective chair. Asking me to take them apart to ship them all back rather than just send me a single new chair is unreasonable. I would not recommend taking the risk on this set, despite the price point. While I do like the chair that I was able to complete, I have been extremely disappointed with the overall customer experience and product. ... show more

This patio set is cute and I had alot of hope for it. But when I got it out of the box and started putting it together the screws and holes didn't all line up...so it was pretty difficult to get put together. The brace that goes between the legs of the chair was welding crooked, and of course you can't move that to fit if you wanted to so there's leftover screws because there was no way to get them all in without making a super crooked chair. On the second chair the screws didn't line up with the holes on the back so those were left out also. If I'm ever searching for a patio set again I would not buy this. It looks cute but wasn't worth the hassle and frustration. Maybe it was just my set that was messed up but I'd go with a better quality next time. ... show more
