First I want to start off by saying, I actually love the table & chair set. It’s the perfect size for our smaller eating area. Seems to be good quality as well so far. That’s to be seen, we’ve only had it a week. However, the seller is clearly not prepared to sell furniture. One of my chairs had 2 pieces that were made incorrectly (that I pictured) so there was no way to put the chair together fully. Now my husband can use a drill & make his own hole to “make it work.” But we shouldn’t have to do that when buying a brand new set. It should be able to be put together correctly without extra holes or different screws. When trying to get a solution, first I couldn’t reach out to the seller & Amazon said they don’t have access to the parts, they’re just handling customer service for the seller. Then, they finally messaged the seller for me & forwarded me messages back & forth from the seller. Said seller stood on the fact that they have no extra parts, nor no extra chairs. & that I would have to either accept only having 3 chairs & get a $40 refund, or I could send the whole set back for a replacement or full refund. The whole table was already put together at that point including 3.5 of the chairs. How do I ship that back?? I didn’t want money back, I just wanted a correct 4th chair. They insisted this wasn’t possible unless I shipped it all back.. It’s just very disappointing to buy a set of 4 & only get 3, especially when my family is a family of 4.

The instructions were not very clear regarding the screws to use in order to assemble the product. The screw that they send to keep the seat of the chair on was too short. Therefore the seat of the chair remains loose. I end up using a double sided tape so that the seat would not fall off each time I move the chair or try to sit on it. There is also nothing to hide the screw holes on the chair. I wish that they would have included little stubs to cover the screw holds for the chair. This makes the finish look a bit unattractive. Assembling the table was easy, but the instructions were a bit confusing at first regarding the screws to use. Apart from those few flaws, it is sturdy and worth the money. It fits the need I had. It was not so big. I would recommend this product.

Pros- Easy to assemble and lightweight. It looks more expensive than it is in person! Cons- Pieces are easily broken and the wood is easy to stain or scratch.

This table change my family's dynamic of the way we all connect! The goal for our first family table, now that our children are old enough, was to get something sturdy, comfortable, and easy to clean. This table sturdiness, and everything we were looking for met all of our needs!! We eat together as a family now and we have all of our families discussions at our table!! I love it.
