Hard, no support, the quality of the mattress cover is good but it was hard to tell which side was the top and which was the bottom. Not springy at all and much thinner then 8 inches. Bought for my young daughter and she hates it. I slept it in too one night and it caused back pain.

Sending my experience with this merchandise from where I bought 2 beds on amazon. 1 bed is good but second one is defective i.e., instead of 75-inch length it’s just 62inches. I spoke to merchandise, and they are asking me to ship in same box. We all know, normally its airtight packing when it’s shipped from factory. Once we opened then its expanded and its impossible to shrink and pack in same box. Merchandise is not taking because they are saying it need be in a box. I request to connect with escalation department. Instead of helping me, merchandise custoher support keep on saying it need to be in box. Now I am taking help from Amazon customer support on this. Sometime back I had very similar problem with nova form bed that I bought from another merchandise, and they arranged pickup for return. I was expecting same from this merchandise too. But its look like its just trap excuse to not to accept return. Be careful and think twice before you buy this merchandise’s product from Amazon. ... show more

    • Back Pain After 6 Months of Using This Mattress.

It is a soft mattress that makes you feel like sinking into it a bit. Unfortunately, I'm a slim/slender woman who needs a traditional innerspring mattress. I'd had no issue with any mattress so far, but after six months of sleeping on this mattress, I was gradually developing more pain around my upper back. However, first few weeks of using this mattress, I felt it comfortable and did't notice it was actually suffering my body very little by little over a long time, and I didn't notice my back was caused by the mattress back then. One time I went to Mexico for two weeks and I worried about my back pain during that time because I could not have twice-a-week physical therapy I was having in my neighborhood. But on contrary to my worry, I felt absolutely fine without any physical therapy sessions and the next day I got back to sleep with this mattress, immediately I felt the same pain on my back. Then I noticed this mattress was causing my back pain. I'm now gladly using a traditional innerspring bed and I'm feeling healthy and good! We need to be careful when we choose a mattress because sometimes you don't notice what result you'd get! I've learned Memory Form is not my type. ... show more

I purchased this mattress about two years ago. During the first year, it performed well and met expectations. However, in the second year, I started noticing significant issues. The areas where I frequently sat began to lose shape and compress, while the rest of the mattress remained in its original condition. This uneven wear has made the mattress uncomfortable and impractical to use. It now feels lopsided and lacks proper support. Based on my experience, either I received a defective product, or the mattress simply does not have a durable lifespan beyond one to two years with regular use. Sooo disappointed! This mattress is awful. I've bought several memory foam mattresses in the past and have loved them and had zero problems. This one had good reviews and a good price. I apparently got a lemon but now it's too late to do anything about it. What an incredible waste of money! This mattress started to fluff up immediately and looked promising. It was a holiday gift for my daughter. We put it on her bed then we were gone for a month. When we returned home, it was exactly the same as when we left. Some parts of it fluffed up to maybe 5 or 6 in but most is completely flat and lumpy. It was hard to get pictures to show. Part is smashed and bent and about 1.5in. Other parts are about 3". If it all was 3 in at least I could use it as a mattress topper but the fact that it's super lumpy and lopsided and unusable is so frustrating. Not even close to an 8in, usable mattress. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The mattress never expanded and the return process has been nothing less of a nightmare. I’ve been waiting for days and days to have a scheduled Amazon return truck come get the mattress only to find out it has to be a specialty truck because ITS A MATTRESS.
