I absolutely love this bike. I had a Lectric bike which I loved but it was too heavy and big for me. I’m 5’2 and weigh 117 pounds. I wanted a bike that was smaller and easier to maneuver; this bike fits the bill. I ride to the beach and back (22 miles round trip) and I still have 3/4 of the battery left. It was really easy to assemble and it charges relatively fast.

Well when I first got this product I was very pleased it looks exactly like it does in the picture even better it's fabulously beautiful. I took a chance on buying this without any reviews I checked the company out looked at their store and saw that they have good customer service. I contacted them at least four or five times before I made the purchase and they responded within 24 hours every time very professionally and after I felt sure I purchased this bike I have one major problem which I've contacted them today which I hope they will resolve and they should. I don't know why but I had a problem clamping the seat post and I had a problem clamping The Handlebar post but sometimes I can be pretty Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse all at the same time and my truck driver friend came down the stairs and one two three he had it perfectly working I'm a carpenter and they say I build a nice house and the only problem that I had was I put them on the wrong corner that's how stupid I can be about things. But now let me tell you about the bike the first con is and the only con really is the kickstand I may be wrong but I don't think it's adjustable and it's so straight up that you can almost blow it over and when I took it out of the box it fell against the radiator while I was working on it and put a nice nick in it no big deal but I'm just warning you all just be careful. What I ended up doing is put a lot of down pressure on the seat in the back over the tire to bend it a little bit and I got maybe another 10° leaning out of it but it's still pretty straight up that seems to me to be the only little issue with the thing. Now this little Speed Demon has got some power it's got a 400 watt motor and it truly is a 400 W Motor I know cuz I have four of the e-bikes I got it going to 19 miles an hour and it's a really Zippy little demon if I may use the phrase. I speak my words into the computer I don't type anymore so forgive any nuances in the language or misspellings I'm writing a good review about a really good product this is my favorite bike right now even though it's little everybody's been asking me about it. The brakes are absolutely phenomenal two of my previous ebikes I had to take to a bike store and have them adjusted one I had to put brand new calipers on but these brakes are killer good you actually got to be careful they'll stop you short I don't know why they're so good but they are and they've got plenty of room left on the handlebars they come absolutely perfectly adjusted at least mind it that's a big plus. Now the lights are excellent a front light and a rear light with a brake light when you hit the brakes and they run from the battery no need to buy these parts like you have to do with other electric bikes they're already installed and they work really good that's a big plus the other big plus is they have fenders really a nice stylish design beautiful fenders and my other little bike doesn't have any fenders and it's always kicking up mud and dirt on my backpack and on the rest of the bike not so with this another big plus another great thing even though you can buy this is it's got a phone holder and I got my GPS app on my phone and now I can see the time the temperature the the whole nine yards just with this little thing and that is great. Now let me tell you about this little horn it is perfect it's not going to stop a car but I'm never riding much where the cars are and the other horns that I've had to buy scare the people this thing has got the perfect sound the perfect thing to not rattle anybody but get their attention it might seem like a small thing but it's a really big thing for me cuz I don't like to annoy people. The pedal assist is a Cadence pedal assist and not a torque pedal assist a lot of times you'll be ghost peddling the power will kick in but you can't keep up with the power but I didn't feel the power that much even when I did pedal there may be some little issue with the pedal assist but it's only got one gear you just going to use this electrically. What's good is the throttle will only put out as much power as you have the pedal assist set to either one two or three three being the most power this will keep you regulated from using too much power and that's a plus. The bike is heavy 60 lb at weighs you ladies might want to consider that but I'll tell you what it's well worth to have this just get someone to help you lift it in the truck or whatever this thing is built like a tank. Another really great Plus is that if you can't get the bike somewhere to charge it you can take the battery out and you don't have to take the whole seat post and the seat out to get to it all you have to do is flip the seat up and there you go and pull the battery up very simple that's a good idea and another thing the seed itself is fairly comfortable yes and it's a distinguishable looking see I think I'll keep it it looks good with the rest of the bike. Now there is one issue the first charge when I took the bike out for a few days I got it last Friday on the 22nd of March it only went 20 miles that's all the range I got and that was using it on pedal assist number two no Hills and maybe averaging 12 to 13 miles an hour I recharged the battery I checked it and it was 54.6 volts charged and when I took it out for the next three days it only won a total of 15 miles and the battery died and I was extremely disappointed because one of the reasons I bought this bike is because very few of them this size have a 48 volt battery. I've contacted the company they've been very communicative with me and today I thought I would tell them about this issue as I wanted to wait and check it again to make sure that the battery wasn't putting out and I'm sure they're going to contact me I told him I would write a good review. I'm not trying to get over on them I'm willing to send this battery back I don't know why it's not getting the range that it should they're advertising 51 miles in the range and I think that's a little far-fetched even with the pedal assist but I'd be happy just with 35 and this last charge I only got 15 but I think this is a great company I hope they're going to do right I hope I get a new battery and I really want to keep the bike and I'm even thinking of getting another one yep that's how good I like this it's a beautiful bike okay everybody and they didn't pay me to write this review and they didn't give me this bike to write the review I've been back and forth talking with them four or five times and I guess this would be the first review I'm in New York City boy and I don't like being taken advantage of cuz I've always been honest in my business and everything else but this by far for this price you cannot beat this bike absolutely get them while they're hot they're probably going to raise the prices if they start selling these things so you ought to get it while they're at this price because it is very very inexpensive my hats off to the company glad I have the bike hope everybody has a good day so here's your first review thank you so much Michael. Update: I needed a new part for my bike and it took almost 8 or 10 weeks to get here but I must say the whole way they were very amicable very communicative always talk to me within the 24 hours and I got the part and I'm extremely happy with the customer service again I wasn't paid for this or given a bike for review their customer service is excellent and the bike is really a fine bike I highly recommend this company.

Didn't come with the key shut off switch on handlebars like it was stylised to. Making it very easy to steal unless I carry battery back into store etc. With me. Not satisfied at all. I spent money on something I can't really use.

I've been riding smaller than 20" bicycles for over a decade now. WE switched from the usual bicycles to eBicycles just before the pandemic due to my wife not being able to keep up with me. For the past three years we have been riding 16" eBikes but even at this size, it's not easy to get the ebikes into the trunk of any car. After researching 100s of ebikes of this size online over and over again during the past year, I finally decided on this one. It arrived a day ahead of time BUT wish companies would quit using fedex as they are so UNreliable, as they were this time. It was no trouble putting it together as I have put together so many bicycles now. It wasn't difficult at all but I did notice the seat post already had some rubbing and scratches on it, which I didn't like but it's just a seat post. Took it for a ride and yes, unlike our current eBikes it seems to be moving at full power and not pedal assist; this is NOT the case on our current bikes which even in pedal assist [PA], it rides perfectly normal without speeding up crazy just on the first pedal as this bike does. With my wife riding alongside me, her ebike rides smoothly unlike this bike, which zooms off at a higher speed whenever I start to pedal. Later she told me, even though I rode slower but not pedaling constantly, she still had to put her ebike into PA mode 2 just to keep up with me. That's crazy. On a longer ride on a trail we use a lot and know to be 7 miles total from start to finish, this ebike displayed we'd gone over 10miles and we were still 4 miles from our starting point! I watched the odometer and it turned a mile in LESS than an actual half mile! Has anyone else experienced the same? I've contacted the vendor but haven't heard from them yet. Otherwise, I DO like this. My wife however, is not sold on it because of how it shoots forward in PA mode, but now I tend to think the fast inaccurate mile may have something to do with it all. She will be getting another ebike of another type. Me, I just want to get the config of the odometer correct so it will show true miles and not shoot forward on each and every first pedal. It is heavy getting it into the SUV trunk but I'll be pulling out the battery so it's lighter. It fits easily inside a small SUV trunk measuring 44 by 35 inches BUT once inside the trunk, it takes up more room than my folded 16" ebike! Both bikes have a rack, though the 16" bike has a bigger higher rack than this 14" with a much smaller rack! Over three days of riding, the battery level has gone down two bars so far, but I haven't charged it yet. Love that it comes with an attached phone holder, and cannot believe my phone fits as it's a UMIDIGI Bison GT2 phone that has an nonremovable builtin case around it, measuring 6.7" but its width is 3-1/4", wider than any other phones I've had, BUT it amazingly fits! It's a simple screw in/out dial on the right side of the phone holder, and did a great job holding my phone though we rode over several big bumps and cracks on the road! As soon as I plugged in the phone, it did show it was connected. Another thing I did notice about the very simple screen of the bike, is when you squeeze the brake levers, a brake symbol is displayed at the top right of your bike odometer screen. I didn't see anything indicated for turning on the front light, and the back is just a reflector, though it will be soon replaced with an USB-rechargeable turn on/off back light. As everyone else, I did buy a new seat which is a lot more comfortable! All in all, I love that it has a rack, front and rear fenders, a light, and the phone holder is really a nice thing to have too! I've already put on an adjustable rear-view mirror on the handlebar, which really helps safety-wise while riding. Very appreciative are the tools as I remember my past when I rode bikes and had NO tools! I only wish the odometer was better: our current ebikes displays the current miles rode and also displays accumulated miles which we really like, and this odometer of favoto does not do. Hopefully will hear from the vendor regarding the incorrect mile reading. 2 Jul: It's been a few days since I wrote this review PLUS contacted the vendor with my concerns with no reply. Maybe they are sitting on their hands or playing chess? THiS is not service!! Just looked at their website, and see they offer a military discount. I cant say anything negative about this bike. I'm 63 and I've taken this bike on my camping trip's and it kills it on the trails it goes everywhere I want it to go. I also ride it around my neighborhood and and get a lot of looks. I've even taken to the drive thru's at 3 different restaurants all I do is pull up honk my horn and place my order I think it's fun to see the impression on their faces they always laugh and love the bike. It's very easy and comfortable to ride with great speed and long lasting battery life I like that I can take the battery out and charge it wherever I want to. If I had to complain it would be that when you put the basket on it presses against the break cables enough that the breaks rub so I just bought a basket that mounts onto the back seat so that solved that problem other than that if you are looking for a high quality well build e-bike then this one is for you. Trust me you won't be disappointed.
