So far, so good! Just got the bike yesterday. It is very well packaged. There is a fair amount of assembly required. Not much on instructions. I’m pretty handy so I figured it out just fine. One thing that’s good is they send real tools for assembly. Nice wrenches. I already have all the tools but if you didn’t that’s a good thing. So far me and my sons have ridden it 15 mikes or so just around the neighborhood. Battery held charge good. I think it had gone down 1 bar when we were done. I had it up to 33mph. Seemed to be able to carry 25-30 mph pretty easily. I am 6-2 and 200 pounds and it is comfortable and holds me fine. I would recommend. It was a good deal especially when I bought it had a 55 dollar off coupon. UPDATE! I wanted to update and say that I’ve had the bike about 2 weeks now. It has almost 100 total miles. I really enjoy it. Battery life is good and it is fun to ride. It has 3 electric gears. 1st gear has more torque and tops out at 16mph, 2nd gear tops at 26 and 3rd gear gets to about 35.     • This could be too hard for many to put together.
Too many parts to put together, instruction manual was not detailed and was missing seat bolts, but the bike quality, fit, finish and the ride is great.

    • You can not turn peddle assist off when the bike is on.
This bike is great! Durable and handles gravel well. You must be at least 5 feet to ride it. Its comfortable, shocks are stiff but with time they should break in. Down side- You can not shut peddle assist off without turning the battery off so making tight turns is tricky. I have owed other EV bikes and turning peddle assist off and still being able to peddle manually and use the throttle when needed was an option but not with this bike. ... show more

Terrible bike, started falling apart 2 days after putting together, brakes give out, kickstand snapped off, chains no longer staying on, many tubes and tire replacement just in 30 days time. Requested they do something and said they would send replacement parts, but the whole bike is just falling apart. ... show more

    • Good bang for your buck
When I was shopping for an e-bike, I was looking for the same thing most people are: the best balance of price, quality, and usefulness. I wasn't trying to buy the most expensive bike on the market—I wanted the best value for my money. This bike was on sale when I bought it, and I think I got exactly what I was looking for. Assembly was straightforward, and after putting it together I went through everything carefully, tightened all the hardware, lubricated the moving parts, and gave the battery a full initial charge. So far, it's been working great. Is it a premium, top-of-the-line e-bike? No, and I don't think it's trying to be. It seems to be one of the many models that different companies rebrand and sell under their own name. But for the price I paid, I honestly think it's a solid value. If you're looking for a dependable e-bike without spending a fortune, I'd recommend giving this one a look—especially if you can catch it on sale. So far, I'm happy with my purchase and feel like I got a lot of bike for the money. ... show more

    • One MAJOR complaint. HOWEVER I'd buy another.
Assembly was pretty straightforward. All the tools needed to put it together were included. The tires were not inflated, Which is fine, I have a tire pump, just something to be aware of if you don't have a pump. The bike goes an honest 28mph on flat ground with me on it when 170 lbs I do have one MAJOR complaint the key switch and throttle assembly was not soldered together all the way! It wouldn't turn on! this took me hours to figure out! I was able to fix it myself but most people wouldn't have been able to. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the issue. But, you can imagine I was pretty disappointed to go through this before ever even taking it for a ride. Hence 4 stars instead of 5 HOWEVER, for the price, im really impressed. Other than the key switch wiring issue, that I just happened to be the Unlucky One to get. Im really impressed with the bike. I will probably buy a another in the future for the boys. ... show more

This bike is the winner. Price point is spot on. This class 2 bike is great for the state trails, zooming around your town or subdivision. Recieved May 20th and I have over 500 issue free miles on it. Lots of reviews state assembly is little challenging, however there are videos off the link to assemble. This is my first electric bike. I'm a 6ft 2 rider and abt 220lbs. No issues getting going. Motor has 3 stages 1st is abt 17 mph. Great for normal biking around. If you need to move switch to 2nd and that will take you up to 25. Don't bother pedaling in any stage higher then 1st. 3rd will get me up to 35. The seat is great and beats your normal pedal bike seat. Very comfortable. The nice wide tires take on the states trails rocks, pea gravel, mud, grass terrain with ease. Trying to convince my wife she needs one now. Normal bike mode "key off" no issues either but wish there was a mode for that with the key on so you could see miles and speed traveled. Highly recommend. Askmy got this right. ... show more
