As many of the other reviews said, the drawers don't stay on the tracks. They fall off constantly. With that being said, if you can order better tracks and install them, it is a beautiful piece of furniture. It cost me an additional $90 to order all the tracks. I did speak with the company and we reached an agreement on what was fair for a refund. So all in all, aside from track quality, this is a beautiful piece of furniture and good quality for the price. Yes it is engineered wood. However, as I was removing the old tracks and adding the new tracks, it took a beating and they were absolutely no scratches or damage done to the furniture while this change was being completed. The company did make things right. I feel good about the customer service. Now, with all that being said, I would not order this furniture unless you are prepared to reinstall new tracks. In fact, I would not order this furniture without ordering new tracks at the same time to make it easier on yourself. You can order strong sliding tracks. Twelve inches for about twelve to sixteen dollars a pair. For me, because I am mechanically inclined, I would absolutely order this again. I do feel the quality is worth the price. Along with customer service makes it a good buy. If you are not good at reading schematics without words or installing new tracks, then do not buy. It did take me about 8 hours alone, start to finish to build and modify. Again, I do believe it's worth it if you are committed to making adjustments and have the time. 4 stars only because I do believe the company should change their product (trackers) after all the complaints. They should find pieces that fit, get a new supplier of tracks. But they haven't. However, they did make it right. It unfortunately requires extra steps that aren't necessary. I've included before and after pics. GG he drawers after track replacement align the drawers and make them look beautiful.

Easy to assemble. The right height for a tall bed. The draws are somewhat shallow however just right for storing glasses, phone or tablet. It is pretty sturdy. It's a heavy piece, so it won't move around if bumped. Definitely like the built-in charging station.

Fantastic! We bought the bed recently and were so impressed with the quality and ease of assembly that we decided to replace the nightstands in the room with ones that match the bed. As with the bed, the pieces were packed very well! The instructions were super clear, and the nightstands assembled easily. It took me an hour and a half, by myself, to assemble the first one, and probably an hour and 15 minutes for the second. I'm pretty meticulous when assembling things, so I go at a slow and steady pace, even when I know how to build them. I used a regular screwdriver for most of it, but a little low-powered battery-operated one for a couple of the pieces. Even the metal drawer rails, which are notoriously a pain in the butt on some items, were simple to do. My only complaint is that there was some slight annoyance when attaching the back pieces to the nightstand. The pieces themselves had holes in them, but most of the pieces that were attached to them did not. That made getting the screws in place a tiny bit tricky since there were no pilot holes to hold them, and the screws could slip when trying to tighten. But it wasn't a big deal, just a slight annoyance. As mentioned, the drawer rails were not difficult like on some furniture pieces, and the drawers slid in perfectly and easily the first time. They're not the biggest drawers, but they'll hold things just fine and will be good for our guests. The units feel very sturdy, and not at all cheap. They're not that heavy, either, and I was able to easily pick them up and move them to their final locations. Below are a few pictures of the box as opened, all of the pieces laid out, and the built nightstands in place with the matching bed. And as usual, Ozzy, our nearly-2-year-old Golden Retriever, supervised and tried to lend a paw where he could. He was also impressed with the final products
