These are big: jeans pocket big, you might be able to fit a cell phone in there big. You could easily slide two fobs in there… and you get two pouches! This set costs less than a typical single pouch, small size (and some of those are too small). I got these to still hang my keys at night on a key rack instead of using a faraday box. They’re a bit bulky to carry around outside of a coat (or purse), and you’d have to fish twice for your key to open the car or use the panic button. If you want low price and don’t mind big, these are great!

It works as it should. If fob is in the pouch, your doors cannot be opened, and the fob cannot be cloned. For me, I would like the pouch to be smaller to fit the fob better and make it easier to put in my pocket.

2/12/2024: I put my Subaru Ascent keyless entry fob in the bag and closed it. Then I attempted first to open the locked car door & it opened right up. I then attempted to use the keyless start button and it started right up as well. The bag is SUPPOSED to shield the key fob to prevent it sending out RF signals to the car, which is how a thief with a special computer device steals your keyless start car. I then tried the same processes with simple household aluminum foil wrapped around the fob and it would NOT open the door. When I got inside and pressed the start button, the display responded "Key Not Present" and the car would not start. A plain sheet of simple household aluminum foil works to Block the signal but this alleged Faraday car key protector did nothing to stop the signal. I wondered at the cheap price tag (2 pouches for less than $7), and now I know why they are so inexpensive I had bought two packages, one for me and one for my daughter. I returned them both.

I got these because I keep seeing videos where thieves "relay" the signal from your key fob in order to steal your car. I put the 2 key fobs for my car in the pouch and sat in the driver's seat and hit the car's start button, and my car indicated that it could not detect a key. Then I took one of the fobs out of the pouch and tried it again. The car started. These pouches really do work and give me peace of mind! NOTE: you must put the item you're protecting in the inner, silver-colored pouch (which the product description says to do). The outer pockets are just for normal storage (cards, money, and what not). These two pouches have a nice carbon fiber looking finish. One has red stitching and one green, which helps my family know which is for which car. I also like that there is a key ring/chain attached to the inside of the inner pouch (really a useful touch) and also a very stylish carabiner-like hook on the outside. NOTE: The measurements indicated in the product picture are not correct (or at least do not quite match the ones I received. You can see the dimensions in my pictures. In general they are a bit bigger than they look in the product images. This could be good or bad depending on how many keys you have, where you carry them, etc.

I ordered this to store my key fobs in. There are two pouches and each pouch holds one fob easily, two is a pretty tight fit. While testing, I noticed that only the top pouch was successful in preventing my car from being locked/unlocked. That pouch worked great, but the lower pouch did absolutely nothing.
