First off I do like this camera but the quality of the photos are hit or miss. All these photos were taken today! On the pictures of my husband the photos were perfectly focused and the icon was green stating that the shot was good to take. It looks cartoon like. The majority of the photos have a cartoon look to them and it blends colors way to much. But then you do get some great shots like the one of the walking trail which is not a bad shot. It is a great camera for beginners and I like that this camera comes with a screw on wide lens, camera strap, two batteries and a carry case. It is deff worth the price but you will need to tweak the setting quite a bit and make sure the lighting settings are set to the proper one for what you are taking pictures of. With all that comes with this camera it is well worth the price and it is a great choice for someone who wants to get into photography and not break the bank. It makes a great gift to. The video quality is top notch. The built in mic is not the best but you can attach a boom mic to it with no problem which is what I did. The camera is solid and feels good in your hands. The SD card slot is on the bottom of the camera and is exposed and not covered like you find in most cameras. I had an issue with the camera reading the SD card for a few days even though it was installed properly. To fix this I simply turned off the camera took the SD card out then turn on the camera and after it loads insert the SD card. That seemed to fix that error. I have seen post where people were having issue with their SD card falling out and having to hold it in with a finger. I have not had that issue and this may be to the user trying to force the card in in the wrong direction and damaging the slot. All in all this is a neat well rounded camera for beginners and with all that is included it is well worth the price. Like I said the quality of the pictures leaves something to be desired but the video is true 4k and is beautiful. You won't jump up and down when you use this camera but you will not be disappointed either. ... show more

    • A Really Great Camera Value Amazing Quality MACRO Lens
This is an inexpensive but certainly not inferior camera. It is an extremely well made product. One of the things that I noticed was the ease of access to the battery. Another was the quality of the images, especially those that I was shooting with that beautiful panoramic/macro lens. WOW. The camera does really great captures in lower lighting conditions without flash. The fill is there if you need it. I checked it out as a PC camera, single image, and video. Even the audio captured in the video mode is very sharp and clear. It pickes up voices easily and the replay has good fidelity. I am thinking of using this camera on vine reviews. The MACRO lens will be a valuable tool when explaining fine features or problems with pictures. This Pink Pelican camera, (Are their any Black Pelicans?) with the accessory Pan/MACRO lens is worth every ten bucks that you will pay for it. You get batteries and charger and all of the cables needed. Everything provided has been working very well over the past few weeks that I have been testing and now actually using the camera for tasks for which it excels. As an example panoramic views. I will add some pictures in the near future. One of those will be a picture of the camera taking a picture of itself. Like I say this camera does it all. This is real performance from a camera that is a true visual deception. You think, ugh pink must be a little girls camera or kids camera cant be much, but it is more than much it is NOW...surprise waiting. I do wish they could find a black pelican...a Guy camera! (:-)))) Some people pay attention to the shoes you are wearing but lately it is the camera I am using. I really don't care because I am getting amazing results for my efforts with this T. pink camera. High quality from an inexpensive camera. It is an excellent value. I don't often use a zoom feature but I did try the digital zoom feature and it zoomed just fine. You should zoom to the Buy Now button. The camera so far is working well. The memory card slot is at the bottom. The charging, and microphone/headphone brings are on the side. There are directions inside and they tell you what everything does. When you get it, the battery is low so you need to charge it before or while you use it.
