I need heating pads for my treatment rooms during winter time. I am looking for heating pads not just provide heating and also therapeutic effects. I bought one first a lot of my client noticed immediately they all feel so good about it and then a week later I bought again another one for different rooms. Awesome addition for bed time. Sometimes keeping it running whole night long on lower setting, feels great, stones gives a nice radiant warmth effect. The blanket is pricey in compare to simple fabric ones, but it's way better performance, feels differently, more like of a spa experience. The remote is pretty intuitive, timer hours options and the temperature dial, numbers on temperature dial gets highlighted, making it readable at night time. The heating mat back surface have tiny rubber like dots pattern, it helps a lot with keeping the mat in place. Using it everyday, so far it's going strong, no cable/connector or heating element issues

Good Product, Disappointing Durability, and Customer Support I purchased this heating pad from Amazon a few months ago and initially, I was quite satisfied with its performance. It did its job well, providing soothing warmth, and helping alleviate some of my discomfort. However, after just four months of use, it stopped working altogether. This left me incredibly disappointed, and I now find myself in a quandary. Firstly, I attempted to contact the manufacturer in China to inquire about potential repairs or replacement parts, but I couldn't find any contact information for them. I then reached out to Amazon's customer support, and while they were polite and did their best to assist me, they also couldn't locate any contact information for the manufacturer. This lack of transparency and accessibility to the manufacturer is certainly frustrating. Now, I'm left wondering what to do with this non-functional heating pad. It's a functional device that has suddenly become an environmental burden, which goes against my personal values. In today's world, where sustainability and environmental responsibility are crucial, products should be designed to last longer, and options for repairing or replacing parts should be readily available.
