    • My infrared jade pad is a blessing for my back
Size: 30.7" X 20.8"
I recently purchased the FENCHOLIST infrared jade pad. I work sitting in a chair all day long and was hoping it would help alleviate my persistent back pain. The jade pad has proven to be a game-changer in my quest for relief. This innovative product seamlessly combines the therapeutic benefits of jade stones with infrared technology, creating a haven of comfort and relaxation. What sets the FENCHOLIST pad apart is its utilization of infrared heat therapy. The gentle warmth emitted by the jade stones penetrates deep into the muscles, promoting increased blood circulation and tension relief. The infrared heat is adjustable, allowing me to customize the intensity based on my comfort level. From the moment I unwrapped the package, I was impressed by its quality. Awesome addition for bed time. Sometimes keeping it running whole night long on lower setting, feels great, stones gives a nice radiant warmth effect. The blanket is pricey in compare to simple fabric ones, but it's way better performance, feels differently, more like of a spa experience. The remote is pretty intuitive, timer hours options and the temperature dial, numbers on temperature dial gets highlighted, making it readable at night time. The heating mat back surface have tiny rubber like dots pattern, it helps a lot with keeping the mat in place. Using it everyday, so far it's going strong, no cable/connector or heating element issues ... show more

    • STOPPED WORKING AFTER 3 MONTHS AND NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Size: 30.7" X 20.8"
Good Product, Disappointing Durability, and Customer Support I purchased this heating pad from Amazon a few months ago and initially, I was quite satisfied with its performance. It did its job well, providing soothing warmth, and helping alleviate some of my discomfort. However, after just four months of use, it stopped working altogether. This left me incredibly disappointed, and I now find myself in a quandary. Firstly, I attempted to contact the manufacturer in China to inquire about potential repairs or replacement parts, but I couldn't find any contact information for them. I then reached out to Amazon's customer support, and while they were polite and did their best to assist me, they also couldn't locate any contact information for the manufacturer. This lack of transparency and accessibility to the manufacturer is certainly frustrating. Now, I'm left wondering what to do with this non-functional heating pad. It's a functional device that has suddenly become an environmental burden, which goes against my personal values. In today's world, where sustainability and environmental responsibility are crucial, products should be designed to last longer, and options for repairing or replacing parts should be readily available. It's disheartening to see that a product with a relatively short lifespan is not backed by a reliable warranty or accessible customer support. In conclusion, while the heating pad served its purpose effectively for a brief period, its premature failure, coupled with the inability to contact the manufacturer for potential solutions, is disappointing. I hope that this review will catch the attention of the manufacturer, urging them to improve the durability of their products and provide better customer support options. Both environmental and economic considerations should take precedence in manufacturing, and it's vital that manufacturers and sellers prioritize these aspects in their product offerings. ... show more
