This faucet did exactly what we wanted it to: allow for spray to be used instantly like in a commercial kitchen. We leave the water on with the preferred hot/cold mix 24/7 and only use the lever. After several months the little screw that holds the lever became undone. We screwed it back in with some loctite blue to keep it in place. After 2+ years, we discovered that the spray lever corroded to the point that a piece of it broke off and this allowed the lever to swing out further. The spray control still worked but it was clearly worn out. I contacted the company. They had me send a picture and immediately sent me a replacement sprayer. 5 starts for the easy warranty support. Overall a great product. Although long term durability is questionable (which is true of most faucets which see heavy daily use), at least the company stands by its warranty. It’s actually a much better faucet than the expensive name brand we had previously.

I love the fact it changes color to show the water temp. Great feature if you have little ones that like to play with water in the sink. The downside of this product is too many parts - One sprayer and faucet part would be better. I'm always forgetting to shut off the faucet to access the sprayer and vice versa. Often when I turn the water on, I have forgotten which part is active, and my sleeve is under the wrong part. It's a very attractive faucet. It works well. I like my old one better that had one single source for the water to come out as opposed to this that has two.

We bought this a year ago after much research when our previous faucet was starting to fail due to oxidation / rust. The design of this faucet is elegant and it is all we ever needed in a kitchen faucet / sprayer / filler / washer / etc. The controls are a bit different than what we were used to, but once we got used to it it is second nature. We got the version without the bells and whistles (electronics) because we don't need them. We believe that the simpler the design the more reliable it will be and the fewer things can go wrong. So far we are happy with it and have found it much easier to use and likely to last longer than the more conventional designs owing to fewer moving / rubbing / sticking / sliding parts.

I purchased this "industrial" kitchen faucet/ sprayer over a year ago and it has surpassed all expectations. You can remove the quotes around industrial; this product is heavy-duty quality stainless steel. The water pressure from the sprayer is so powerful that with hot water you can blast anything, including grease, from your dishes--honestly, you don't really even need to use detergent. It's amazing. It sounds like hyperbole, but honestly it's sort of life-changing...in the sense that the daily chore of doing dishes is part of life, and washing up with this high powered sprayer turns a chore into a rather pleasurable activity. haha. But seriously, this is one of the best upgrades I've made in the kitchen. More than a year in, the small hook that allows you to lock the sprayer on for hands-free use came loose. I couldn't for the life of me get the screw that attaches it to the nozzle to tighten. I reached out to the seller and within 24 hours they had shipped me a brand spanking new whole sprayer nozzle! Just like that. Immediate , clear, detailed response to my email, immediate replacement. And I was only asking for a hardware replacement for the small hook--they replaced the entire nozzle! Super impressed with the product and pretty much the best customer service I've received on Amazon. High quality product and the manufacturer stands by it 100%---as do I!

I've installed several of these faucets in properties, and overall, for the money, they're really good. The only problem is that after about a year, the hand-held sprayer starts to develop issues with the piston that controls the water flow. It starts to stick and doesn't shut the sprayer off immediately when the handle is released. That's the feature I use the most on the faucet. The other issue I had with my own is the manual on/off valve at the end of the water spout. It starts squeaking and doesn't work smoothly. Otherwise, nothing has failed to work or is leaking, but don't expect years of trouble-free service from this faucet combo. My complaints are minor, but this is no Moen or Delta quality-level product. You may get a faucet combo that is trouble-free for years, or has a problem within 6 months.

Immediately after installation, the first faucet I received leaked lightly from the sprayer when the water was turned on. I contacted the vendor via online chat and was offered a new replacement faucet, or a full refund. I chose the new replacement option because I loved the function and look of the faucet. The replacement faucet was shipped quickly! When we received it, we unscrewed the sprayer from the first faucet and replaced it with the sprayer in the 2nd faucet, and the leak was resolved! The faucet works beautifully, looks gorgeous and everyone who sees it wants one, too. I highly recommend this vendor and this faucet to everyone. The vendor quickly offered options to resolve the problem, and I've ended up with a really cool high end faucet that enhances the look of my kitchen.
