Top Amazon Reviews

  • For $112 its outstanding if it lasts
Color: Brushed Nickel Set name: Classic
I never write reviews until I've owned something for at least a year, so this is unusual for me. In a year or two, then 3, and so on, I will edit to update on condition or problems. This was easy to install. It seems odd to just hand-tighten the water lines to the faucet, but it states it clearly in the instructions, written in red, to hand-tighten. So I hand-tightened HARD, but it doesn't leak, so it seems fine. It looks and feels well made. I really like the faucet/pot filler separate from the hand sprayer, and ALL others that I have seen that have this configuration: the only way you can use the sprayer is to turn on the pot filler first then use the sprayer. It diverts water from the pot filler to the sprayer when you push the button for the sprayer; then, when you stop using the sprayer, the pot filler is on again. Now, personally, to me, that is just stupid and makes no sense. On this one, you leave the main water valve open, then just pick what you wish to use: sprayer, pot filler, or both at the same time. Also, the GPM on the pot filler is 3.2 GPM; I just measured it a couple of hours ago. I took a 3-gallon bucket and timed it with a stopwatch on my phone. I let it run until it overflowed, and it took 55 seconds, so it's really closer to 3.3 GPM, which is phenomenal. The sprayer is like it's supposed to be for this type of faucet; what you see is what you get as far as reach. There is no 2-foot hose and counterweight under the sink. We have a decent-sized sink, not huge. It is a two-part sink: large size on the left, 18x18 and small on the right that is 10x16, so basically like a 29 x 18 sink, and I can reach all 4 corners well enough to be no problem. So exactly what I was looking for. The only other faucets that had a real spring that works start at $700, and they are rare, and none of them have a pot filler, and none of them, at any price, give you more than 1.8gpm. One has a "turbo" button that you can press to get 2.2gpm. To get 3.3 gpm, you have to actually go with a pot filler that comes out of the wall over your stove. The sprayer is nice: good, hard spray and simple- pull the trigger, and it does one thing: spray. You can depress the trigger just slightly for a light spray, and the more you squeeze, the stronger it gets. There is a clip so you can use the spray without holding it if you wish. The pot filler is great and has an easy-to-use twist control at the end of it, and has a very aerated water stream that makes it pure white and soft, so it doesn't splatter all over. Looks to be made of all stainless steel except for the thick plastic handle on the sprayer, so it's not too hot when running hot water. All in all, I am impressed with this faucet, especially for $112. If it lasts 5 years, it will be worth it; if it lasts 15 to 20 years, as all faucets should, then it's a steal and the best deal on a faucet you'll ever see. I'd say buy it ... show more

  • Great faucet with the best water pressure of any kitchen faucet I've ever had!
Color: Brushed Nickel Set name: Classic
This is the second one of these faucets we've purchased. The first one we had for three years in our old house, so when we moved here, we replaced the cheap faucet the builder put in with this one. This may not be a "named" brand, but I'll take it over a name brand any day. In the past we've had supposed top of the line brand faucets that were never very good. The water pressures were wimpy, the hoses constantly got hung up on something underneath the sink no matter how many times we tried to prevent it. The weights were a pain, and the controls to switch between stream and spray never lasted. This faucet may not be as "designer" looking as some of our previous faucets, but it's perfectly fine looking in my brand new kitchen. I'll take function and water pressure over aesthetics any day. The last one of these we had did have a small issue with the spray handle, but the company was quick to send a replacement part. They stood behind their product and that, along with the quality, brought me back to the same product in our new home. It's so nice to turn the sprayer on, or the stream, and actually get decent pressure. I am so sick of these faucets with wimpy water pressure that take forever to fill a pot, rinse the sink, and so on. Another issue with the included faucet in this house was it took forever to get hot water as the flow was so wimpy, and that drove me nuts. This faucet has such good pressure that the hot water comes a lot faster. (We have an on-demand heater and those do take a little longer than a tank style, but good GPMs help a lot) Installation was a breeze, and I love that there's no weighted hose to deal with under the sink; the sprayer part just pulls down on a spring type hose above the sink. The first time you use this it does take a little getting used to as the controls are different than other faucets that have the sprayer and stream function in one piece, since you have one main handle for both the stream and sprayer, plus you also have a control for the stream part. In the past, I paid 3 times what I paid for this faucet for a "name brand"; I absolutely love this one, but only tolerated the other ones. IMHO, you can't beat the quality and price of this faucet. Even if it only lasted a few years (but it was as great 3 years after purchasing as the day we installed it, and is still going strong with the new owners of that house) I could buy a new one every few years at the price point of this one, and love it all along the way. Overall, I love this faucet, it's at a great price point and I highly recommend it. ... show more

  • Fabulous
Color: Brushed Nickel Set name: Classic
I have only just installed it, so i can't make any comments about longevity. However it seems a top quality product. Heavy weight. Solid. Easy to install with no wobble at all. Came with supply lines of good length for most installations, and compatible with the US standard 3/8 inch supply. Took half hour to install most. No leakage or dripping. Controls feel well built and heavy duty. Great flow rate. Finish looks high end. The only negative thing i would say is that the bottom of the sprayer sits low to the sink, so its hard to hold larger objects under the sprayer when its in its cradle. Over all great value for the price. ... show more

  • Modern Style Meets Everyday Functionality ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Color: Black&Gold Set name: Classic
I’ve been using this two-tone matte black and gold kitchen faucet for a little while now, and I’m really happy with it overall — definitely a solid 4 stars! First of all, it looks amazing. The black and gold finish gives it such a modern, upscale vibe without feeling too flashy. It instantly made my kitchen look more put together. The finish feels durable and well-made, and so far it hasn’t shown any signs of fading or tarnishing. Function-wise, it’s super practical. I love having both the pot filler and the pre-rinse sprayer. The regular stream is perfect for filling big pots quickly, and the sprayer has great pressure for getting stuck-on food off dishes. The lock feature is a nice bonus — being able to keep the spray on without holding it down makes washing dishes so much easier. The commercial-style design with the coil spring gives it that professional kitchen feel, and the high-arc spout with 360° swivel makes it easy to clean large pots and pans. The pull-down hose moves smoothly and feels sturdy. I also didn’t expect to like the cross bar as much as I do — it’s actually handy for hanging a cloth and keeping things organized around the sink. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that installation took a bit of patience, and the faucet is pretty tall, so make sure you have enough space under your cabinets. Overall, it’s stylish, functional, and a great value for the features you get. I’d definitely recommend it if you want something that looks high-end but is still practical for everyday use! ... show more

  • For the price, I recommend. After 6 years of heavy use.
Color: Matte Black Set name: Classic
Summary: After 6 years of heavy daily use, this Fapully pull-down kitchen faucet is still solid, still doesn’t leak, and still has good pressure, with the only downside being cosmetic wear on the finish. We have had the Fapully Black Kitchen Faucet (commercial style pull-down with sprayer) installed for about six years. It gets used a lot. We are a family of four, and three of us cook and wash dishes regularly, several times a day. This faucet has basically lived a full-time job, plus overtime. Functionally, it has been great. It feels solid, the water pressure is good, and it has not developed leaks. The pull-down sprayer works as expected, and it is easy to adjust and use day-to-day. Nothing about it has turned into a constant maintenance project, which is exactly what I want from a faucet. The only issue is the finish. After six years, the black paint has missing spots and scratches where the coating has worn off. I am including photos showing the wear. That said, for the price, I still recommend it. The faucet is doing its actual job extremely well, and the cosmetic damage is the kind of thing a Sharpie could fix in about 30 seconds if it bothers you. I am not saying that is glamorous, but neither is washing a sink full of pans. All in all, it has held up under real use, works reliably, and performs better than I would expect at this price point. Good product. ... show more

  • Especially great for people with weak hands!
Color: Matte Black Set name: Classic
Love this faucet! We recently redid our kitchen, and the guy who was helping jus to design our kitchen recommended a faucet similar to this one, but in order to turn the sprayer on it required you to press a button. I have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and my fingers are especially weak, which made that faucet a bad choice for me. I looked on line and found this Fapully Commercial faucet, which switches to sprayer mode by squeezing the mechanism with your whole hand, not one finger. It's much, much easier for me to use, and there's even a small hook to keep it on sprayer continuously. I'm very glad we bought it, and would highly recommend it to everyone...especially if you have problems with your hands! And, by the way, the black color goes perfectly in my kitchen! ... show more

  • Amazing! Looks great. Works great.

I was nervous buying this online. The last faucet we bought hardly worked for a year. This thing is amazing and so well worth the price. The hookup was easy and it looks amazing.

  • Overall happy with minor issues
Color: Matte Black Set name: with LED
Faucet is huge improvement over the old one so my elation could be a little biased. Overall the install was super easy but don’t be deceived by their claim “no tools required”. Tools are definitely required to remove the old faucet, and to tighten down the nuts on the braided hose to the water supply. If you don’t, it will leak. Always disappointed to receive a suspected used item, but I get it, they gotta sell it and it was in brand new condition so I kept it. The deck flange had been removed by prior purchaser and thrown loose in the box, and there was water in the box. Took a minute to figure out the flange as there is zero reference to it in instructions, I can only guess it’s because when shipped new from factory, it’s already screwed on. Install was extremely easy. A second set of hands would have been nice to hold the faucet straight while I tightened from the bottom but wasn’t necessary. I did it with one set of hands. There is no reference anywhere as to which hole is for hot and which hole is cold so I made a guess and assumed the hole below the red dot was hot, and I was right. Guessing wrong, having it installed, and then having to switch would have been a bummer. This faucet does NOT include a deck plate to cover the other holes in the sink and my old deck plate was not compatible. And Home Depot and Lowes don’t sell deck plates separate so plan ahead accordingly. I spent a lot of time trying to get the right size plate so it would cover all the gunk on my sink from the old plate and was not able to. In a fit of frustration I decided to try sanding the gunk off and it worked beautifully so problem solved. Don’t be afraid to sand your sink clean. I used 220 to get the gunk off and 500 to smooth it out. Because I got it all clean, I was able to order the plate I wanted even though it’s slightly smaller than the old one. The hose does not pull out. It would be nice if it did, but I knew when I bought it that’s the way it was. Not having a pull out hose definitely has limitations if you’re used to having a pull out hose that you can turn sideways in the sink. The sprayer lock is nice and simple to use. Sprayer water pressure is a lot lower than my old sprayer and I have not been able to figure out how to remove the aerator in this new one. I don’t think it comes out, unfortunately, so this will be a huge negative if I can’t figure out how to get more pressure to the sprayer. Didn’t buy this for the sprayer light, but it’s kind of a cool gimmick. Blue is cold, green is warm, red is hot, and flashing red is it’s as hot as it’s gonna get. Removing my old faucet probably took 45 mins. Install of the new faucet was maybe 20 mins, but I’m gonna have to do it all over again when the deck plate arrives tonight. I installed this on Sunday, drove all over town looking for deck plates before ordering from Amazon Sunday night to arrive Wednesday. Can’t go three days with no kitchen faucet. It’s tall, it’s bold, the on/off levers are super smooth and very high end feeling. This thing looks and feels like it cost $600. It’s so nice, it highlights how ugly my old sink is. Pulled out the old dishwasher sink top drain and bought a matte black soap dispenser to match the faucet. Will install when new plate arrives. The included braided hoses are long enough but just barely. My water lines seem like they’re mounted pretty high up. If they were a few inches lower, I would have needed to buy longer hoses. There is a curious little cap on the sprayer that I was dying to know what it was for so I pulled it apart and springs and pins went flying when I did. It’s the pins and springs for the lever, so if you’re also dying to know what it is, hopefully you read this review before you took it apart. I do recommend this faucet, I just wish I would have had the foresight to realize the deckplate issue ahead of time. I also wish the sprayer had more pressure, and I wish the hose pulled out. But for the price, quality, ease of install, I think I can live with those issues. ... show more
