I love this dishware set. It looks great and the plates and bowls are perfect sizes for functionality. I’ve washed them both by hand and by dishwasher several times over the last month and they’ve held up well, without breaking or chipping. I enjoy this dishware set so much that I bought the pasta bowls from the same manufacturer. I would leave a five star review except for one issue. The manufacturer makes a big deal about their customer service and willingness to replace any dishes broken in delivery, but when I received a package with a broken dish, their customer service was difficult to contact and offered no assistance when I did manage to send a message. Luckily, I was able to return the package with the broken dish and exchange it via Amazon for intact dishes. Poor customer service, but excellent product.

Okay first of all I’m very mad at these they chip so easy we had to go get plates from Walmart less than a week later this product needs to be removed from amazon it’s dangerous to eat off of!!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Purchased this dishware a few months ago and have had time to evaluate the set. Overall, the dishes are nice. They arrived well packaged with no breakage. The color is lovely and the weight of the plate is good, not too heavy. The dinner plate is spacious and the bowls are deep. The only imperfection is the printed brand stamp on the back of each dish washed off in pieces the first time I rinsed them. It leaves an ugly mark on the back- the dishes are functional but the brand stampv- Famiware washes off in bits and pieces. Every dish did this so less stars for that.
