I had a vehicle stolen a few years back, so I wanted a way to track my vehicles in real time. I found these give me good peace of mind for not that much money. I’ve bought two of them now. They do what they’re supposed to do with no issues. Accuracy is good, but I have noticed one reads pretty much dead on, and the other is always like 20’ off (when stationary). Though 20’ if you were looking for a car is plenty good accuracy in my opinion. App interface is good, with only a couple little tweaks I would change/add if I could. I like that you can set up alerts for geofencing, battery warning, speed, etc. Battery life depends on use. One is on a vehicle I rarely drive, and that battery seems to last 3-4 months, maybe even longer. The other vehicle, my daily driver, is probably more like every 45-60 days. (I am guessing a little bit, I’ve never actually tracked how long the batteries last.) The magnetic case is well made and the magnets are strong. Customer service for me has been a 10/10. I haven’t had any issues, but any questions I had were followed up with promptly. Someone even calls occasionally, like maybe once a year, to make sure everything is good. Overall I’m happy with the product/service.

Does a great job at tracking at 1 minute interval. Love the georefencing. You can make numerous fences so you know when they arrive and depart from one to another. Love the trip history.

Been using this a month to track my husband's activity (in addition to a hidden microphone purchased elsewhere). Unfortunately, this product has lead to filing for divorce. However, more importantly it has allowed me to protect myself, my sanity, and my future. I am very happy with the purchase. It has precise location, stays put on our pot hole roads up north even, and is discreet and easy to hide on the vehicle undercarriages. Ive been switching it between an SUV and a low profile sedan. The reports you can compile using the family 1st app are awesome. I recommend going with the 30$ subscription so you get location updates more frequently. I went for the cheapest and have to wait 1min between updates so the mapped point are a bit spread apart on the travel logs, but it definitely served its purpose and served it well. Setup was easy and haven't had any issues other than at one point after my first recharge of the battery it kept saying the car was moving at 3.11mph though it was parked in the same spot over night. I think it should be restarted every so often, maybe right after you recharge it or something.

This product is a great bang for the buck. I use it to track my company loaner cars. I signed up for the basic plan because I wanted the longer battery life, which is actually lasting me longer than 2 weeks. Also, I did get the magnetic case and mounted the device under the passenger seat. I had one hickup where the device stopped tracking, and I had to go get the vehicle back and push the reset button to make it track again, but then all the old tracking data I couldn't see before was actually still there and showed up. The desktop app has a few glitches, like the "REAL TIME" function doesn't work, I have to keep checking the "track history" to see where my vehicle is located, but the company says they are working on fixing this. Tech support has been very good - they have either emailed or called me usually within 15 minutes of me reaching out. I wish they had a setting to change between 30 and 60 second intervals (I'd even be willing to pay a little more for a plan that allowed me to switch this at my own whim) for when I need more accuracy versus more battery life, but you can only choose one option and then you are stuck with it (unless you want to change your plan.) All in all, a reliable product and great bang for the buck.

The product was easy to use. It has a durable water proof top quality box with extremely strong magnets. The gps tracker provides clear and accurate pictures of locations including streets, addresses and cities. You can receive an update on location upon a request and save tracking history. Most importantly you receive immediate assistance and help with any problems that you might have with your device. I am truly impressed with the customer support. I would highly recommend this product.

Extremely aggravated at first because we could not log in and it looked like we were sent a defective device. After getting help from their 24/7 customer support the device seems to be working fine. Im still keeping my eye on it becauae even though the its working I dont understand why there was even an issue in the first place unless it was used.
