  • It fits my California king Naturepedic mattress
Color: Grey Size: 82.7inch (1 side)
I bought two of the 82.7 inch panels and two of the 70.8 inch panels for my California king size organic Naturepedic mattress and it fit. Some tips I wish I had known before purchasing: 1. It is very important that the height setting on all four corners of the bed rail is the same. I currently have mine all set to 14 holes visible before the bottom adjustment bracket(which I’m assuming is in the 15th hole). If you don’t do this, then the rails will be somewhat diagonal and the plastic piece that slides over the bar when you get in and out will scrape the paint off of the metal pole underneath it. 2. if your bed frame has a headboard or footboard that will be just on the other side of the mesh panel, the mesh will not stop your child from bumping his head on the headboard and footboard. To solve this I have shoved eight pool noodles between the headboard mesh, and the wooden headboard itself. I got my pool noodles at dollar tree and they fit just fine without sliding down onto the floor or causing the net to bulge inward. 3. The design of my bedframe is that slats are underneath the mattress and there is not actual wooden frame to support the rails of this playpen rail set-up. At first I thought this was a dealbreaker because there are brackets that you are supposed to secure to the underneath of the mattress(presumably on the bedframe) and on mine there’s simply nothing there but empty space and slats(if you have a platform bed this probably won’t be an issue). What I’ve done instead is I ziptied the mounting brackets to the few slats that I could(one on each corner) and then for the rest it’s just the L-shaped bracket it comes with pinching my mattress between that and the base of the bottom playpen rails. This seems to be sufficient to hold it in place and my baby and my toddler have both been putting quite a lot of force on the insides of the rails and they don’t budge. So even though it’s not the way the manufacturer recommends installing, it has worked for us. 4. The little hooks that are supposed to hold the corners together do not stay in place and slide off constantly, so to solve this I have a ziptied the corner rails to each other. 5. This seems like a really minor detail; but the fabric trim of the panels are a nice gray fabric, while the metal brackets that support them (and show through on all the corners) are that ugly hospital beige color (if you’ve been to a hospital pretty much every metal surface is painted that color). It bothered me in the beginning but now I don’t really notice any more. I’ll add photos of all these things I’m referring to for your reference. I hope this review helped you. ... show more

  • Nifty but
Color: Grey Size: 74.8inch (1 side)
Very good idea and concept. Although I had a bad experience with the sizing. I measured and ordered accordingly. I didn’t receive the 3 piece set at all. Said delivered but nowhere to be found. I got a refund. I decided to just get one side this time ordering and was sent the wrong dimensions I selected. Also got a refund after sending back. Wish I could have had better luck. I have a cali king size bed. I guess those come in different sizes. Really do love the idea of this as a co sleeper. ... show more

  • If you are purchasing only one
Color: Grey Size: 78.7 inch (1 side)
I only needed one side of my bed to have a guard on it, I have small dogs that sleep with me and my bed with box spring and mattress is quite tall to what would be considered a normal height I have a step even for myself to get into bed. The guard assemble relatively easily. instructions didn't completely get me to where I needed to be so I had to take apart a few times to get correct before installing the cover. The main issue I wanted to make others aware of is that IF you are utilizing just a singular panel, the legs that install under the mattress go to the very edge of the mattress. very little support, if it slips either direction an inch or so it will not had anything leveraging it in place. If I had a second one to install a corner then it would be better BUT I have a head and foot board so that wouldn't work. I instead took two hand towels and an adjustable bungee cord and wrapped it around the post on the foot and head board(w/towel under to protect wood ) and strung across panel to give the extra support needed so it doesn't flop over. ... show more

I brought these for my twins. I use 3 rails on a twin size mattress and for the most part they have served their purpose. However I’ve had two issues. First they somehow broke one of the buttons that slides the rail up and down. Now at 1.5 the twins have learned to just unzip the mesh walls (with the zippers on the outside) ... show more

  • I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews but this has worked out PERFECTLY!
Color: Grey Size: 39inch (1 side)
I needed a tall, sturdy bed rail for my 6 months old after getting a triple bunk bed for my kids. I researched A LOT and the only solution that could work were these bed rails. There are a few options here at Amazon and after reading endless reviews and comparing prices I went with these ones. I was a bit skeptical because some reviews said these weren't sturdy enough. That has not been my experience. I needed it for a twin Montessori bed and I bought 3 sets of rails - maybe the fact that the mattress lays directly on the floor helps, but the rails are very sturdy... I caught my toddler climbing it once (ughhh) and it didn't even bulge, I did use ties to the back frames as I saw on some reviews, and that helped a lot. I'm really happy I purchased these, they have been great. Lowering the frames is super easy, so if the baby wakes up at night I just join her in bed without making any noise. I don't usually leave reviews but this product has worked out so well for us that I thought I should share. ... show more

  • Makes A Great Headboard For My College Dorm Bed
Color: Grey Size: 39inch (1 side)
My dorm bed is very far from the wall and you can't get it any closer. I was tired of waking up with a soar neck and headaches so I began a search for a headboard. I don't know where the idea came from but I decided to find a bed rail. This is absolutely perfect. I got the smallest size and it was a little big but after zip tying it down it hasn't moved an inch. Highly recommend wether you use it for its attended purpose or for a headboard. ... show more

  • Better safe than sorry.
Color: Grey Size: 82.7inch (1 side)
I bought 2 of the side rails for my bed since it is high up and my 7 month old daughter is often in the bed with us. She is getting fast with crawling so it gives us peace of mind that she won’t fall off the bed. She has fell inbetween the bed and rail but we are never far away to leave her there for more than 15 seconds. I’m not sure how this set would hold up with a footboard so we did not get the end piece. If you have a little one that is also active and curious I would recommend this purchase. They are easily brought down or put up and even have convenient little pockets (we use one side for remotes and the other for miscellaneous items). My husband had no complaints assembling these but we did use zip ties to help tighten them up. ... show more
