I got these risers because they offered 8 as opposed to a set of 4 because I needed 5 for the center leg of my bed. I have a memory foam mattress that has no bounce and it’s on a carpeted floor so they stay in place quite well. 2 inches doesn’t sound like a lot but it has made it much easier to get at what I do have stored underneath and also some taller items. I actually bought these for my pc. Needed my pc up and off the floor, for ventilation. These little babies are sturdy and bigger than any lifts that are for pc's. Now ny rig is up and has lots of air flow.

These are so difficult to place under the feet of my console table! They would not stay put, and kept sliding on my hardwood floors. Also, they don't stack easily, and trying to get the correct configuration for the height you need is like completing a Sudoku puzzle!
