I am so surprised at how good this bed is. I don’t really write reviews but I read through so many reviews on other beds to really be sure I got the right Murphy bed. I hired a task rabbit to built it and it took them 6 hours to build. Instructions were clear. Everything fit as it should. Anchored to the wall nicely. We’ve had two sets of visitors and they loved this Murphy bed. Get it. Won’t regret it. It was also delivered in 2 days when it told me that it was going to be a week. The bed is comfortable but firm. It is sturdy. There is nothing flimsy about the construction. It’s very well-made. The storage drawer is handy to keep pillow and etc. right there ready when you’re ready to pull the bed out when the bed is stored it is a very nice addition to the room. It leaves room to exercise, dance or work on a project. A very functional piece of furniture.

I really love this Murphy Bed cabinet. It's perfect for us and our growing grand daughter who had out grown her toddler bed. We really didn't have room for a twin size bed in our den where our grand daughter sleeps when she's with us and this bed was the perfect solution. It's a space saving quality piece of furniture. It does take time to put together. I consider myself pretty adapt at DIY projects and the assembly took me a solid 3+ hours. The Instructions are pretty straight forward but a few steps seemed out of order so I would suggest reading through them completely before starting. My only complaint and the only reason I didn't rate the product five stars was the decretive front panels were damaged. To me it did not appear the damage was done during shipping as the product was well packaged and protected in their containers. My opinion is they were damaged before packed and unfortunately just happened to be the most visible part of the bed when it was completed. Not a terribly huge problem. A little white paint remedied the problem. All in all I would recommend this bed cabinet to anyone looking for a space saving solution for their home.

Was hesitant to purchase this bed as it had no reviews at the time but I’m very happy with this product. I have limited space in my home and didn’t want to lose what I had for a bed. This was the perfect compromise. Pleasantly surprised with the quality. Instructions were simple enough though the rail slide in the beginning being separated with no note where it would be used later was confusing at first. It has worked like a dream and am hoping to use it for years to come.

Great product and not too hard to build as long as you have 2-3 adults. The one big issue is a safety issue - the materials come with anchors for drywall, and the instructions say to use these. This is NOT safe as the bed will pull the anchors right out of the wall when pulling down, and the whole thing can then fall on you while opening, weighing hundreds of pounds. You need a 2x4 drilled in to studs to anchor the Murphy bed to, otherwise this is not safe product.
