The blades have a dimension of 3.5" L (76.2mm) x 1.375" W (34.9mm) (or 1-3/8”) x 0.25" H (6.35mm) (1/4”). Each blade weighs 0.28lbs / 4.5 ounces. These blades have a Center-to-Center length of 1.5", an Inner bolt diameter of Ø9mm & Outer bolt edge is Ø20mm, utilizing a 12.9 Flat Hex Socket Drive
  • EFFICIENT RESILIENT DESIGN - These Chipper blades are precision manufactured to be mounted with (2) M8x25 bolts holding each blade into place (*Note: the bolts are not flat but slanted at 12.9 degrees). We chose a very strong & long lasting CR12Mov Steel material for our blades that are Black Oxidized which provide excellent longevity of use. Our blade edges sit at a 39.5 degree, for optimal chipping capability

These blades are about 1/2” longer and 1/16 inch thicker than the blades I am replacing. Regardless they seem very well made, very sharp and a direct drop in/bolt in option. I think that the larger and thicker blades will be superior to my old blades. The blades bolted easily into the wood chipper shredder. They work extremely well compared to the old dull blades. I would have sharpened my old blades, but one was broken and therefore need replacement. I am using the blades for chipping freeze damaged bamboo branches which are near the 3” limit of my wood chipper shredder, and they are working perfectly. Would purchase again. Good price, durable and easy to install. Looking at the photos you can see the difference in thickness and length, but the mounting holes align perfectly. Pictures include comparison side by side, old blade on top of the new blade, and the blade installed in the wood chipper shredder. Great value, would buy again ... show more

poor quality dull blades
just ordered these blades. I have ordered replacement blades for other wood chippers and previous blades are so sharp, that you have to be really careful handling them, or they will slice you up. These blades are dull. Additionally, they are not packaged well at all, and when I received them, all four blades were just bouncing around loose in the brown paper Amazon bag. I suppose it's good that they were dull or they would've cut through the bag in a heartbeat. Very very disappointing. Very poor quality. ... show more

A great little machine
I have owned a super handy wood chipper/shredder for several years and it is a great tool. Replacing the blades is an inevitable thing that is easy and the new ones are always available and fit.

You have a chipper? You'LL need blades eventually,these are a good if compatible to your chipper.
I bought my handy little wood chipper a couple years ago, I have yet ro even sharpen the factory blades and I'm POSITIVE that they are in dire need of a good filed edge, but I am also just as positive that eventually they'll need to be replaced and no one had them in stock when I bought my chipper. These seem to be made out of a decent high carbon steel and at around 20 bucks.... if they last HALF as long as the factory blades then they MORE than paid for themselves. ... show more

I wouldn’t have guessed that putting on new blades would make such a big difference but it was amazing. The new blades cut the branches like butter and shredded them into very small pieces. Thanks.

Does not fit
It didn't fit! I returned the item via hand off to UPS several weeks ago and received an email from Amazon that they had not recieved the return and would be charging my credit card again. To beat it all, there is no way to respond to the email to state I did indeed return it. I had bought two of these items and they were returned at the same time. Plese dee other return! ... show more

Bolts right in and chips like mad. Very sharp. Got two pair since they’re cheaper than dirt.
