I am in my mid 70s with light to medium skin (yes and with some wrinkles, dark circles and sunspots). I usually use liquid foundation to hide the problem spots and circles followed by a dusting of Laura Geller baked powder. But I read a lot of good reviews about the Prime Prometics Color Changing liquid being good for "mature" skin so I ordered it. I really can't believe how good this is! I dispense 1 pump onto my fingertip and dot it all around my face, with a little extra on my problem areas. Then I use a make up brush in small circular motions to rub it in. That's it! It completely disappears without being greasy or cakey. Then I wait for about 10 to 15 minutes. The color developes to my exact shade and my skin looks dewy and so flawless. A small brush of highlighter, and I'm done! It lasts all day without rubbing off but removes easily. LOVE THIS STUFF! ... show more

I am absolutely thrilled with Prime Prometics Color Changing Foundation! I wasn't sure how well the color-changing formula would work, but it blended perfectly with my complexion and gave me such a natural-looking finish. It evened out my skin tone without looking thick or settling into fine lines. One of my favorite things about this foundation is the beautiful dewy finish. It gives my skin a healthy glow without feeling heavy or greasy. I also discovered a great trick—I mix a small amount of this foundation with my under-eye concealer before applying it. This helps keep the concealer from settling into my fine lines and gives my under-eye area a smoother, more natural look. As someone with mature skin, I appreciate how comfortable it feels and how it enhances my complexion instead of emphasizing imperfections. Love the easy application method. It glides on and feels great. I find the color is a little off color for my complexion but not horrible looking though. It only takes a little bit. The one thing I would have loved is if the brown spots would have been covered but I can still see it through the makeup. Concealer covers the spots but it takes away that natural look. Not complaining cause I still use it. If your face is flawless you will love this foundation. ... show more

I admit I was skeptical but figured I would give it a try. I am 81 and this product worked exactly as described. Does not get stuck in wrinkles and was a great match to my natural skin tone and extremely lightweight. Very easy to apply and I used a brush.

This is my second time purchasing Prime Prometics, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s the best foundation I’ve found for mature skin. It goes on smoothly, doesn’t settle into fine lines, and evens out my skin tone while still looking natural. I also love that it adapts to your skin tone.     • Not as light-weight as advertised.
All the reviews and advertisements say it is lightweight but for me it is heavy even though I use a very light touch and smooth it on. It just seems like it’s heavy and doesn’t smooth out very easily. I also was expecting a brush with it that I did not get. I do have a small brush that I use and it seems to work fine. I’m going to give it a few more weeks and then make my decision if it’s really for me or not. Hope this helps. ... show more

It took a bit for me to get used to the color match. It seemed too pale but once I got to using it, I loved the feel on my skin and the flawless coverage. My only problem is it leaves my face to shiny. I need a light powder to tone it down. Over all, it is a very nice product

I’m almost 60 and have tried a LOTof different foundations. Especially those for mature skin. From really expensive, to drugstore brands. I have tried powders, creams, tinted moisturizers and cakes, and nothing really fit the bill. Some started off gorgeous, but petered out before the end of the day. Some oxidized. Some seeped into the cracks. Some were cakey. Some were oily. Some too matte. And getting the color quite right was always a chore. Especially as seasons would change from winter to spring to summer, and my skin tone would change. I have even tried other foundations that start white, and they just didn’t really knock it out out of the park. I saw a few posts and read a lot of reviews on the Prime Prometics. Enter Prime Prometics… I was skeptical, but thought I would give it a try. When I first put it on, I really couldn’t believe that it matched as well as it did, felt as good as it did, and looked absolutely fantastic. I wore it through the whole day and into the evening, with zero need for touchups. It never seeped into fine lines, it never got cakey, or oxidized. It is truly beautiful on my skin. This is absolutely a game changer. It feels light and moisturizing but not oily or shiny. I don’t detect a fragrance at all and it is absolutely stunning. This is truly a game changer in makeup/foundation for mature skin. I’m sure it would look fabulous on younger skin as well, but that’s the easy part.
