This is our first purchase from DIR Salon. We got the spa chair for an aesthetics room in our medical practice. It was very easy to put together and use right out of the box. The delivery was prompt and courteous. It is a larger piece of furniture so a larger space is better to make it stand out. The controls are easy to use with either the foot pedals or the hand-controlled device. There was one small spot/ discoloration on the chair the size of a quarter but it isn't overtly noticeable so we didn't reach out to the seller about it. As for comfort, the two headpieces give us the option to easily swap out if someone complains during a treatment. It takes seconds to swap the headpieces out. The width is sufficient to accommodate most people and give them comfortable space for their 30-minute treatments. We will have to purchase some disposable paper for the foot of the chair to avoid getting it dirty. ... show more

We went from manual chairs to these. They have been a lifesaver for us having to lift clients from a laying position. We have really enjoyed them. They are easy to clean and sanitize, they are larger than our last chairs so that has also been nice. The foot rest is manual. The bed came in on a pallet from Fedex. Fedex gave me several days to pick for delivery. Once the bed arrived, it just needed to have the headrest and the arm rests assembled. It was very simple. I can move it it the foot pedal or the attached remote and place my client where I need them. It has been amazing! I think this is absolutely worth the money, it’s an investment in your business. 1. Ordering the product was easy. They call you when it's ready to be shipped as well as call you for delivery scheduling. You can pick what day it gets delivered to your office. 2. Assembly was easy. It came in mostly assembled already. I only had to insert the headrest and arm rests. 3. Function: it's sizeable and seems sturdy so far.
