En la compra de esta máquina perdí $1400 porq yo pagué $2651 la máquina toda defectuosa y al devolverla pagué la devolución por UPS $250 y al final solo me regresaron $1500 ☹️ fue un fracaso total

The media could not be loaded. I got this machine at Christmas! I finally got to start using it January 3rd. We did have to contact Procolored on January 2nd, and replace the white circulation pump with their help! Of course I do maintenance everyday, simple Head Cleaning, Nozzle Check and sometimes I print a small color block. So far it is working great! My husband did buy me the bundle that did come with the oven, dtf ink, roll of paper, etc. I do keep the front green button off when not in use, but I do leave the back power button on, all the time. This way the white circulation pump can work. I did have an Epson converter sublimation printer, for 4 years, before this Procolored. My sub printer did break! Why my husband got me this dtf printer. I do feel better at knowing what I am doing with this printer for maintenance, which makes me feel better! I also have a Cricut maker for the last 6 years! I do love to craft! ... show more

The driver right off of their site has a trojan. Then when you scan the USB drive it has multiple trojans and worms. This is being reported all over forums right now. Procolored is aware of this, and when you do tech support with them, they direct you to software that does not have the virus. This is a HORRIBLE company. Lasted a week then started having major issues. Procolored tried making me pay a $400 restocking fee but luckily Amazon helped out and said no, it’s broke you can’t resell it like it is and waived the restocking fee. DO NOT BUY
