I haven’t minded Epson in the past however this printer has been the worst. And I thought of trying to get my cups done my prince became streaked And colored, after several hours of head cleaning and still missing segments in the lines, I decided it was a waste of time and ordered the cleaning kit, which I have used them in the past with great success. everything came apart and went back together just fine again. I have been at it for several more hours and I have completely filled my ink and I am still missing dots I have even pulled it apart and put everything back thinking maybe something didn’t click. this is been a huge waste of my time I could’ve used elsewhere.. not to mention you have to set the the paper guides for it to print sometimes just all together I am very dissatisfied with my purchase definitely will not be purchasing another Epson. I love this printer. It was so easy to set up. It prints a very clear vivid image. I was nervous about buying a printer that was so cheap. I worried the colors would muted. I've been pleasantly surprised though. I recommended it to several friends. Some of them bought one too!
