I would give this bike a 10 out of 10 if I could. The missing star here comes from the speed control hassle I ran into when I asked to increase the speed of the bike. They were extremely hesitant to help me increase this bikes speed with all kinds of excuses why I shouldn’t. Not happy about that.

We chose this bike because of how it was advertised. It was the fastest one we could find. However, when my partner rode it to work one day, it did not live up to the expectations. Only got up to 19mph and the battery died on the way home (whole trip was less than 40 miles) which forced him to pedal the rest of the way. That wouldn't be a problem if the bike wasn't so heavy! We've been in the process of returning since March 16th. It's now April 13th and it's still not been received. Apparently, we were given the wrong address. It's a $1300 headache. I want my money back! ... show more

The bike came way sooner than it was expected. It only took like 4 days and it was at my front door which was awesome. The box was in excellent condition when it got here. In the past I have had bikes delivered and the box looked like it had been run over but this one was clean. They packed it well, I'm in the process of charging the.battery and I'll be taking it on its first run in the morning but so far I'm very pleased with the delivery and the bike itself looks nicer than I expected. If it eifes even close to how good it's specs are I'll be very happy and so far everything looks great and I'm excited to do my follow up review once I actually get to ride it. How come the speed changes? It only lets me go up to 19 miles per hour, but that's still pretty good.
