I purchased both F3 model. One is to pull the dog trailer and the other is for my kid to ride on the rear seat. I am very happy with the price, quality and customer service. I ordered both of them on black Friday. 1 arrived early in 3 days and the other got stuck and arrived later in a couples weeks. It's easy to install. It's fast and solid. It can pull my dog trailer with about 80lbs without any problem. I set it at PASS 2. My husband is about over 200lbs and he took him up hill without any issuse. It's the cheapest ebike in the market and I am happy with the quality. Also, my 1st bike came with the front wheel problem. I contacted them via email and chatting room. They sent me a new front wheel. They always answered my questions when I msg them from the main page. ... show more

I ordered the F3 and arrived when they said it would arrive. The packaging was excellent. It was easy to assemble. Everything was in perfect condition. Had to charge the battery before I was able to ride. It has a lot of torque. Be careful cause it will get out from under you, but once you know what to expect you will figure it out very fast I’ll weigh 235 pounds and it goes up heels with no problem on its own and over 20 mph so far ... show more
