Had for almost 3 months, Very nice fire pit, good size, pretty design. Base is deep, unlike some shallow ones I’ve seen. The handle rusted fast, but that’s fine, we can repaint it. Overall nice for $70ish dollars we paid. We did buy an additional cover for it. I would recommend buying a cover so it will last longer. ... show more

    • Nothing beats a real fire in a firepit
This is actually the second one I bought. Originally, I found this in a local fireplace store and really liked it. I used it for a year and had to replace the top - which I did from the manufacturer. After two years, it completely fell apart. Now...FULL DISCLOSURE...I did not even begin to take care of it. It sat out in the elements for two years...and while I wouldn't consider this to be heavy duty...I can't expect it to withstand a year of heavy wet ashes sitting in the firepit. So when I bought this one, I also bought a cover for it to protect it from weather. We'll see if that does the trick and allows me to keep it for than one season. Assembly is not difficult, but this one seems a little bit off in that the top doesn't fit as nicely on the base as the prior one - but the issue is not bad enough for me to do anything about. The price I got from Amazon is much better than from the brick n' mortar fireplace store. Haven't they figured out they can't over charge for things we can easily buy online?     • Poor Quality, RUST bucket!
The media could not be loaded. Junk! Read the reviews and opted for this model; spending the extra on a weatherproof cover based on reviews about RUST. Unboxing, the screen was very flimsy, and dented. However, I decided I’d live with it because it was for XMAS. After ONE use (12/24) and overnight without a cover (NO rain - humid, light fog), the video shows what it looks like today (12/26) when I went out to start another fire! This less expensive version is CHEAP and I would NOT recommend! ... show more

I haven't found anything I dislike about this fire pit. Air circulation is very good and causes the wood to burn completely up. Very easy to start a fire in this fire pit. Product was very easy to put together - it took me about twenty (20) minutes mainly because I wasn't in a hurry. I would say this is one of the better fire pits for sale. ... show more
