I wore this brace continously for a week after straining my ring finger at the middle joint in a middle/ring/pinkie finger configuration. Then only during work for the following two weeks. The usage was under medical guidance. I work construction and it held up on the jobsite very well and provided both stability and protection for my injured finger. It was far superior to the long finger/palm brace I received at the emergency room and it impressed the doctor who was responsible for my follow up care. During the first week I did only minor adjustments to the brace and wore it with my hand in a mostly open configuration. During the following two weeks I made more adjustments to the brace and wore it in a curled finger configuration. If I wasn't injured adjustments would have been easy, but it was challenging with a right hand injury. I very pleased with how well it held up in challenging conditions and the level of protection it provided my finger.

I am a large man with big hands. I can palm a gallon of paint. I usually have a hard time finding gloves and braces that fit. This was the only ulnar gutter type splint i could find online that has a dedicated XL size. The rest were all L/XL. I don't trust that as they rarely fit. This one fit perfectly and i love how adjustable it is. It's helped the healing a lot. Definitely recommend.

I am so thankful for this price friendly brace! My 8 year old is able to correctly put this brace on and take it off when needed. It does it’s job and holds his hand in place to help with his recovery after getting his cast off.

All in all a good product. The strap between the thumb and first finger caused a blister that has taken weeks to heal. May consider a wider or cushioned strap on the webbing.

My mother fractured her 2 fingers and when coming out of a cast the ortho Dr brought in a splint (exactly like this one) to follow up with for another 2 weeks for $285. We googled the splint in the Dr's office and ordered this one (for less than $30) instead. No problems with it at all.

Low profile enough around the fingers where you still have dexterity of your middle, index, and thumb. The metal bar on the top is removable, however fixed in place and runs the full length of the brace which makes it solid. The bar underneath is adjustable and runs from finger tip to the base of your palm. I've been wearing mine for 2 weeks now and it doesn't bother me at all and it fits much better than the splint they gave me at the doctor's office. Thank you for the great product, hopefully I don't break anything else but if I do I know where to go. Hah
