First some info about size: I am a small woman. The small size brace wasn't available when I made my purchase. The "one size" option has worked well for me, especially since I've been wearing the brace over long sleeve shirts. Just ordinary t-shirt thickness shirts, though I could use it over thicker shirts if I wanted to. I may get the Small size if I still need to wear this as temperatures go up over the next few weeks, if I notice it doesn't fit as well when worn with short sleeves. But the sizing straps are adjustable, so I may not need to do that. Now some info about the brace's functionality: Some other reviewers found the brace too stiff for their comfort/needs. If that is your concern, I discovered the metal bars are removable. They're just well hidden and securely closed by hook-and-loop, envelope style pockets. There are two rectangular tabs of velvet at the upper edge of the brace when you hold it vertically. One tab is the opening to the topside metal bar, and the other one is the opening to the bottom side metal bar. Lift those velvet tabs and the bars slide right out, which was exactly what I needed. I wasn't able to hold my arm straight at the time I ordered this brace. Nor could I hold it at a full 90 degree bend. I needed to hold it at about a 45 degree angle. With the metal inserts removed, I have been able to consistently achieve this position. This has been especially helpful at night for sleeping. I have noticed improvement in my range of motion and feel like I am on the road to recovery now. My situation is tendon related, but there is also an indication that it might be impacted by the ulnar nerve as well. I'll be wearing this for quite some time to come yet, but I thought this was a good time to leave a review, now that I've been using it for a few weeks. I take it off to shower and change shirts. Otherwise it is always on. I have no complaints about the quality of the brace. It is still in great condition, considering how much I wear it. The adjustable straps still have a tight hold and the elastic doesn't seem to have weakened either. I also like that the three straps allow me to adjust the tightness of the fit around my arm and elbow as needed. Hope this helps some of you decide if this is the right brace for you.

This elbow brace worked really well and provided support for my injured elbow. It relieved the pain and discomfort which allowed me to sleep through the night. Unfortunately it caused my skin to itch if left on too long, so I could only wear it no longer than 8 hours a day.

Occupational therapist recommended that I get a brace to help with my pinched ulnar nerve. Fits well, nice and comfortable if you don't plan to do anything with a straight arm. Sleeping with it on is a nuisance so I took it off. I don't know if it relieves pain as I don't have any pain, yet. I'm not sure if it would fit a large guy, but I'm short and it fits me well. Very well made and sturdy. Bit of a bother for one person to get it on the arm but you can figure it out. I would recommend this brace.

I liked the feel of the fabric, not irritating or scratching to the skin. Initially was supportive enough and helped the pain in my hand from Tunnel syndrome, however through the night it slipped down over the elbow and the ulnar nerve entrapment kicked in and pain was bad. I tried several nights to use it and every night it happened the same. I returned it with ease and was refunded. The velcor was strong and I liked that a lot. I think it would have been fine if I was having just elbow complaints. It did not work for the carpal tunnel syndrome.

I bought this for my 8 year old son who has special needs. Sometimes he will hit and bruise his ears. I use this brace to straighten his arm so he can’t harm himself. Stays in place pretty well and it isn’t uncomfortable for him.

It says you can wear it at night, and you can, but it's so uncomfortable and itchy! It does well and is good quality though. It helps with my pain relief and doctors orders to keep elbows straight for cubital tunnel. No complaints there, just sharing that wearing this at night is not comfortable sadly :/

Our daughter has seizures when sleeping and may poke her eye with her hand. By using this splint to immobilize her elbow, her arm will swing up but since her elbow is immobilized, her hand is nowhere near her eyes. The only problem is that during the night, the brace may move. We read the reviews on this site and found that others have had this problem. One user recommended wrapping the elbow area first with an Ace bandage and then putting the splint on over the Ace bandage to reduce slippage. Instead of an Ace bandage, we're putting a modified compression sock around her elbow first then the splint. This has reduced slippage significantly. We purchased two splints, one for each arm.
