Sleep with these braces. Waited at least six weeks to give good trial. When wearing no longer wake up middle of night with burning stabbing pain. The pain was scream worthy. Now, I get through the night without the horrible pain, and sorry did not get sooner. Hope this helps. Worth every penny spent.

This is a good value since you get 2 in a package and the construction seems like it will hold up well. While it fits my hand/wrist perfect, there is a distinct gap at the middle strap area. My wrist is almost .75” away from the brace which I’m not able to correct with the strap without cutting off circulation. Even though the numbness is a lot less in the mornings with this, I must still have enough movement that it hasn’t ’fixed’ it like my precious one did. I will say this one is far less bulky than my old one and much easier to sleep with! Will do some minor tweaking by stitching the neoprene to make that area fit better.

Great for my carpal tunnel syndrome so my hands aren't numb all night. Love that it's ambidextrious, and adjustable size. Well-made, and supports wrist in neutral position well. Last many months, even going through washer and dryer.

I ordered 2 different ones for my carpal tunnel in both hands with the idea of returning the one I didn't like. I do like the other one I ordered better but this one is fine and dies the job so I never even returned it just have two separate ones on each hand. The things I don't like about it is that it bunches up weird on my tiny arm, it makes my arm and hand sweat, and it leaves this weird smell on my palm (probably from the sweating).

I’ve been using this brace for about three weeks now for my recently diagnosed carpal tunnel and it really does help. I wear it on and off throughout the day, sleep in it so if you need to use it this much you need to find also Waze to try to clip it clean before you wash it as often as you’d think to. I tend to put on a long sleeve when I can, if not simply having cut off part of a sleeve from all the long sleeves that I didn’t want I will put it over my wrist and my hand and sleep in that also going to a store like Michael’s or any fabric store Walmart whatever even old pillowcases if you just cut a strip of it and wrap your hand before putting this on it will help keep it clean from sweating and body odors. I love the material of it the Velcro strips are awesome there’s small out of the way they don’t snag also the support beads located on the underside of the brace you can accommodate to give you the support where you need it and it’s very comfortable they don’t always stay in place which I think is like the downside to them but Not too much of an inconvenience. I highly recommend it I make one work for both of my hands because I don’t need extreme support simultaneously and you can switch it up from hand to hand without any problems.

UPDATE: just over the one month Mark so I Cant return them and the middle straps are no longer keeping hold. Loved them until this started happening. I put them on ever night and now wake up with them off. NOT HAPPY!!! I bought these braces because my old ones were falling apart and I wanted something that would go up into my hand so that I couldn't curl my fingers. These braces work phenomenally. I love the beaded ball part that's in the palm and I love how each brace has a slit on each side so they don't have to go on a specific hand. You can put them on in the dark and the extra middle strap keeps them to where I can't take them off in my sleep. It did take me a couple nights to get used to them but now I Love them!
