So far it's been great. Very quiet and runs very smooth. Balanced and nice grip size. Puts ink in well. Battery lasts all day. I switched from fk irons xion and prefer this alot more. If you are looking to upgrade your tattoo machine this is the way to go get the kit that comes with extra battery because you can't buy an extra battery for some odd reason but the machine itself is 10 times better than the ones that I previously had it's well worth the money

The battery was defective and would not charge. Amazon and EZ tattoo company would not replace the tattoo machine only a possible refund. After an extremely difficult process UPS finally picked up the machine. According to Amazons website it could be 45+ days before I get my money back. I will not buy from this company ever again.
