While somewhat expensive, these quick melt multi vites provide the best overall assortment of needed supplements that actually get absorbed well. I started giving these to my 80 year old sister. After 3 months taking these, her doctors were happy at her blood work being so good. Of course, I try to provide a good diet for her, and give her a chewable D3/K2 as well. She is on prescriptions for her issues, so we have to be careful when else she takes. The dosage on these multi's are all just 100% of DVR, no more than needed. It also includes Iron, which she needs. I take them too. They melt quickly and the taste is ok. Wish they were cheaper, but they are worth it. ... show more

I have a hard time with large vitamin pills, so thus chewable multivitamin works for me. They are kind of big, but they don't taste bad. They have a cherry like flavor. Not chalky. I don't mind taking them.
