    • Great alternative for people with pill aversions
I was developing a pill aversion and just didn't want to swallow another pill, so I’ve been trying alternatives. I waited for 4+ months before writing this review so I could get a couple of labs in and see if they were working over a period of time. (I was low on iron and Vitamin D.) My levels are back to normal now, so I feel I can share with real feedback. I tried several brands, but the one that works the best for me are these EZ Melts. As the name implies, they're melts so I don't have to swallow them whole. All are vegan (helpful for folks with allergies to dairy and mammal products). I tried Garden of Life vitamin D chewable and they’re okay, but I like EZ Melts better (and they’re always in stock, where Garden of Life seemed to run out a lot). I tried MaryRuths liquid vitamins/minerals. Ugh... the texture was so bad I gagged every time I tried to take it and ended up throwing it out. And it has to be refrigerated after opening, so that made it a no-go when I travel. So the EZ Melts are a win in that regard, too. ... show more

A long while ago, there were 3 options for vitamins - swallow, chew or gummy. Recently it's all been gummy until now. Thank goodness for this brand, "EZ Melts Dissolvable Multivitamin". Granted I was a bit skeptical, however they do melt(ish) in your mouth. Hooray! Look mama I'm eating my vitamins, oh no, please no.... aaagh we're having broccoli at dinner. You have to eat it before you can watch any TV. ... show more

    • Love the product. Do get one burp after each pill.
I love ease of the product and the fact that I don't have to swallow a pill. I love that it has 100% of the daily iron, well of every vitamin on this list, which I do find a little suspicious. I only bought because the folate was methylated. But I do burb once after each time I have a pill, 5-10 minutes later. The flavor of the burp is nothing like the yummy flavor of the pill melting in your mouth. I have yet to be able to fully come up with a description of the burp flavor but something like umami/bone broth. I have only used it for a week, but I do plan to continue. And I am only doing 1 pill a day, instead of the suggested 2 because I get vitamins and minerals from my healthy diet. I no longer want or need to make "expensive pee" ... show more
