This stuff has changed my cats life. Moonie has a very very flat face and so much trouble breathing. I have been wiping his face with a warm washcloth every morning and it’s still wasn’t cutting it. Sometimes I was wiping his face with a warm washcloth up to five times a day. I had to bathe him every week because his paws would be covered in brown gunk. I’ve been using Eye Envy for about three months. I have the foaming wash and I use that when I bathe him, but I only have to bathe him once a month now. I use the Tear solution just about every day. I apply it with a cotton ball or several cotton balls. It’s our bonding time. While I’m cleaning out his crevices I hold his nose open so he can take deep breaths. Sometimes he takes a big deep breath and then blows his nose all over my face. It’s so gross but then he starts to pur and he’s so happy. I have the powder but it’s kind of a pain in the butt so I don’t use it very often. I still have to dab his eyes with a tissue or hanky a couple times a day but it is night and day on the crusties around his eyes. And it’s like he’s a new cat. Now that he can breathe better and see better, He is sweeter. He likes to play now! He’s nine years old and he never used to play, now he wants to play every morning. Granted I did start using this product around the same time that I started watching Jackson galaxy the cat daddy and learning more about what my cat needs, but I think it was this product that really put us on the right track and made Moonie so much more comfortable so that he could blossom. I’m so glad someone recommended this product to me and I would recommend it to every cat owner with a flat face kitty

I use this solution all the time with my white bishon and my cocker spaniel. You have to use it all the time to get any results. Nothing takes away the stains on my bishon, but if I didn't use it, I think her eye stains would be alot worse. This solution is very expensive, but I haven't found any other product that is an astringent, cleaner, and antibiotic all in one. ( At least that is what the bottle says is in it). I'd like to make my own because of the price but they don't put the names of the ingredients on the bottle or on the container the white powder comes in ( I'm sure they do that on purpose so you can't make your own.) Anyway , i really like the solution and it is far superior to just using water on your pet to clean their eyes.

It doesn't work, even after 7 days and it just stresses out your dog to apply it to their face even if you are very gentle and loving. I bought the powder too and it says it won't let me return the powder. DO NOT BUY!

Using this every day along with the powder has actually worked for us when nothing else helped. It takes a little work for the first few weeks using twice a day followed up by the Eye Envy powder with brush but this has definitely cleared up the stains and made a huge difference.

Eye Envy products are Excellent at eliminating and controlling tear stains without the use of antibiotics or harsh chemicals in products that are not safe for dogs. I have used their products for many years and have been asked by others admiring my dog's stain free eyes what I used. Depending on how stained your dogs eyes are, you may have to use it twice daily and diligently for a period of time to completely get rid of all the stains. Then it is best to stay on a twice a week (one application each time) maintenance routine. The pads are fantastic. I use them for myself (face) as well. The texture on them helps loosen and break apart the clumps. They are thin, gentle and absorbs only the amount of product you'll use without wasting like cotton balls or pads that soaks up a lot of product that doesn't get used. To apply the powder, I use a small two-sided cotton swab (one side for each eye) and carefully apply so no powder gets in the eye. The entire process is easy and fast. Just be diligent about doing it faithfully and read Eye Envy's directions carefully and follow them. Based on my experience, it's easier to stay on a maintenance program afterwards to avoid having to get rid of the stains again which can take time if your stains are very bad.
