I chose these item because they stated they were 181' long. I was fine with a few feet on the plug end, but the tails are 15' long, leaving only 160 in lighted length. Overall, the items are shorted than advertised. Probably not an issue with a tree or where they will be draped or gathered, but when you have two sections of 175' fencing and you end up 10'-15' short, you realized you been had. ... show more

I needed new lights for my new Christmas tree and came across these. They are PERFECT! 500 count and it's just what I wanted. The cord is clear so you can't even see it on the tree. The actual lights are so small but mighty!! They were just what I was looking for.

I want the Christmas outdoor lights to just "stay on", no twinkle. I scrolled through all the modes via the button to keep the lights on, but when the lights turn off during the day and go back on at night, the mode re-sets to mode #1, where it twinkles. It's annoying and awful.

I thought these would be great on my Christmas tree after reading some of the reviews. I liked how simple they were to gang together, but not entirely thrilled with the silver wires. Green would have blended in nicer, but the kids said the silver made it look like garland. The biggest problem with these is that once you turn off the lights, you have to rest the mode every time. Real PITA as the cords and plugs are behind the tree and are on a timer. So be aware if you are expecting it to hold the mode. ... show more

I didn't read the fine print and did not notice you cannot attach them end to end. Weird for outdoor lights. And the plug is not weatherproof which is also weird. The lights themselves are fantastic and the price for the amount of lights you get is great. But hopefully the manufacture will actually make them outdoors all the way. ... show more

These are definitely a cost effective option. They are however extremely flimsy. As I was hanging them they kept turning on and off, and eventually completely went off when a loose bulb and it's wiring came out.
