This blanket is exactly what I expected. Yes, it is thin, but I knew it would be. And despite that, it is extremely soft & warm. I absolutely love the feel of it. Also, it is very large for a throw blanket; easily completely covers me & my boyfriend. Right now we actually are using it as a couch cover and it’s the only throw we’ve had that completely tucks into the cushions and hasn’t moved, thru multiple nights of sleeping on the couch and our dog constantly on the couch. The color is a beautiful aqua, which is what I was hoping for to match the other new blanket and throw pillows I bought. Everything looks perfect together! Very pleased. I bought this to use almost like a duvet cover over my thick down comforter. It is such a rich shade of forest green and it is visibly soft (soooo soft!) and velvety, and it looks like a much more expensive comforter. It's also so light that it will work in summer, yet miraculously warm even in winter. I'm in love with it, but so is my cat. Very soft and nice weight. Not super heavy, but great mid season blanket or for use with several other blankets to have layers to add or remove. I got the "off white", I think, which was a nice cream color with yellowish tones (but like the item description says, it depends on the light. )
