If your controller is unresponsive or not connecting, try resetting it: 1. Locate the small reset button on the back of the controller near the L2 shoulder button. 2. These stopped working after the first use, will not reconnect to the PlayStation 4. Would not recommend, as they cannot be returned and the troubleshooting doesn’t resolve anything. The troubleshooting mentions a computer setup even though it’s advertised for PlayStation 4.

These are just as I expected, and I love the charging dock. My only issue is pairing them to my PlayStation was a bit tedious. The white one paired after trying for 10 min… and I could not get the black to connect. Then randomly the next day it paired immediately. Weird, but great now!
