Had a relative that bought one of these and died before he had a chance to use it. I ended up with it and as it had sat for awhile, all the batteries (5) died. As I know nothing about electric scooters I called the Ewheels customer support number. After about five days, I was told there are no technicians within five hours of me that will service the scooter. I live in central TX, less than five hours from Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. I called several scooter stores in the area and no one wanted to even look at it. Additionally, it appears the scooter came with two right side mirrors. I was told that I must be trying to put them on wrong and it doesn't appear they are going to send a replacement. A very expensive scooter with not much support. ... show more

The armrest shows the padding, not covered by the black vinyl seat covering. Did not include a seat belt for rear seat as mentioned on product description. You have to get used to braking, when you release the throttle, it's a sudden jolt. Definitely has the zip at 15 mph, with 2 people aboard. Unable to find a ramp or carrier to load onto my f150. ... show more

    • The hair trigger throttle, it jumps forward.
The ewheels did not come with a seat belt, which is really needed for my son. Also the throttle is hair trigger. No matter how slow I turn the throttle the scooter jumps forward. When first getting use to the scooter the throttle made me very nervous. I love the power for going up hills but the throttle is too touchy when starting off. ... show more

What a cool ride! Arrived safely, and well packaged. Pulls both of us all over the neighborhood. Has all the necessary lights. This is the first two seater mobility scooter I have seen. What a great idea! We love it.
