This arrived on a pallet surrounded by extra heavy duty cardboard. The delivery agent was supposed to notify me the day before that they were coming. they didn't. the delivery service did pallet jack it into my drive way behind a gate where I could adequately secure this somewhat pricey scooter but I had to hire my handy man to unpallet the scooter. It would be better if the driver would remove the cardboard and take their wood pallet back & cardboard back for reuse, but he wouldn't. Once this was removed from the pallet and unboxed (significant amount of plastic shrink wrap) My handy man installed the rearview mirrors we located the well secured keys (there are two!) and we were up and running. The scooter came pre-charged and I still (3 weeks later) haven't had to charge it. Surprise! There is a small storage compartment underneath the seat (use the key in the 'trunk' area to unlock) and it's a perfect place to keep the charging unit or purchases made on my excursion. Our local grocery store is 1 1/4 miles away and walking the 2 1/2 miles (round trip) to make modest grocery purchases became cumbersome for me. I've had it out for errands three times now and while I'm still getting used to the right hand power handle, I've had fun 'driving' it to my neighborhood grocery store. I LOVE the fact that the first position switch limits me to 4 mph, while the center position will go up to 8 mph and the 3rd position goes well up to 12 or 13 mph. WEAR YOUR SEAT BELT! The scooter is NOT STREET LEGAL in my city/state, but it moves and handles well on the sidewalks. No sharp turns as it has a limited turning radius, but is it manageable for me. The rear metal basket is a little awkward in the store while shopping but provides some storage for my trip back home. I purchased a heavy duty chain key locking "bike lock" and secured it to the bike rack at the store. I rarely go out after dark, but I still leave the LARGE headlight on for my day trip since it helps alert other drivers to my presence for safety purposes. I LOVE that it has turn signals to alert the cars behind me or on the store parking lot what my intentions are. It sits a little high for my comfort, so I'm entertaining the idea of getting a bike helmet and a scooter flag. Check with your home owners insurance to see if this is covered for theft or damage. Mine is protected for theft as long as it's behind my locking front double gate. it elevated my annual insurance premium by $50.00/YEAR, but well worth the investment. I love the freedom to get out and about that this scooter has provided EVERYDAY. I'm still getting used to the 'motorcycle' style accelerator and many of the other bells and whistles this scooter has built into it, but overall, considering the somewhat expensive price, IT'S WORTH EVERY PENNY for the ability and freedom to remain independent and accomplish local shopping trips. I'm VERY pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it to other 'housebound' seniors with some mobility issues. NO ASSEMBLY WAS REQUIRED except easily installing the rear view mirrors that came with this scooter. It even has a drink holder! I live in a very temperate climate that never sees snow, but I still bought the cover to protect it from moisture and bird droppings. I've been told by a young man at the grocery store "Sweet Ride". That says it all for me!

I purchased the Scooter from Medical Health Mobility. I would recommend purchasing from them. This scooter for my special needs son (who is almost 18) He is unable to drive a two-wheeled bike or scooter and this three wheeled scooter was stable enough so he could easily get around quickly and safely. It has been very nice for him to be able to get around without having to walk on these VERY HOT Days. It was nice for me too, when he had a church function, I didn't have to drop him off, he could drive there himself. Another nice thing about this scooter is it looks like anyone can ride it .... not just for old or disabled people. The scooter got him out of his room and I could see him going up and down the sidewalk for hours everyday as happy as can be. I have not seen him so happy in years. He normally enjoys being in his room and the scooter got him out of the house. Everywhere he went on the scooter, he received comments on how nice it looks. It is also noiseless, so it did not disturb the neighbors. When my 94 year old Aunt came for a visit, she went for a ride. She can no longer drive a car and really enjoyed the independence that this scooter brought for her. From a quick delivery to excellent customer service. Any issues you may have they work to help and make you happy. I would recommend purchasing from Medical Health Mobility due to their excellent customer service.

I know it must be a wonderful scooter. I have never received it They said the delivery was one May 2 No such delivery happened...... It was canceled on the 16 th May. When this is all straightenedI will order it again, because I have changed my mine. i really like that scooter.

Scooter will only move in the fast position, and then only a few feet. Please do not waste money on this product, it is nothing but junk. I have called seller six times and to date have not heard anything from seller. I paid 2200.00 dollars for scooter and can"t use it. I am currently working with Amazon to try and get something done.

This scooter is fast, fun to drive, has great range and will get you jealous looks. Keep it charged and you are always ready to go. All of that is on the plus side. On the negative side, My scooter had paint damage caused by inadequate protection and flimsy crating. It also had a minor part missing and a flat tire. Contact with the seller resulted in a replacement inner tube to fix the flat and a replacement for the missing part. For the paint damage I only received the advice to buy touch-up paint. The finish on the scooter is high-gloss and attractive. Fixing a problem of this sort in such a way as not to be an obvious repair is not easy. The practicality of the scooter is limited in two ways. The only provision for carrying items with you is a small basket attached to the back of the seat and a tiny apace under the seat. In addition, the maker did not see fit to install an attachment point for a small trailer; nor does there seem to be a way to add one. So, what the buyer is left with is the "sports car of mobility scooters", all fun and little practicality, If you use it to go shopping, you will not be bringing much home with you..
