  • I love the outdoors, and having progressive MS was keeping me in. This arrived today. Love it!
Absolutely love this Scooter. Smooth ride and comfortable. If there was anything I would have to "constructively" critique is the steering radius is abit shallow. Not very tight in the corners.

  • Get Scooter for the seniors who just like to get outside and move around a bit
There is one problem that needs to be redesigned or reprogrammed, and that is the Throttle. When turned by hand to move it takes a few seconds to kick in to move. It should move forward or reverse when slightly turned, but it doesn't. This could be dangerous, especially going up and incline and stopping, because it will start to roll backwards, if the brake is not applied immediately. There should be installed a braking system to it that when the Throttle is released the whole scooter stops, whether it's up and incline or not. I have another 4 wheeled mobility scooter also, that automatically stops when throttle is released, and that has saved me from a serious injury, and I am a senior, and am a Disabled Vietnam Veteran also. Just a few suggestions that might improve the item!!! ... show more

  • Needs work right out of the crate. Long-winded review.
I've been a mechanic for 42 years. Good thing. The first thing I noticed was that the unit barely turned. Upon inspection, the steering stop was welded onto the steering shaft BACKWARDS. I had to remove the plastic to get at the stop with a cutoff wheel. This was a TOUGH modification to perform. It still has a poor turning radius even at it's maximum. The right front tire wore all of the tread off in the first 10 miles. Upon inspection, there is casting flash on the inside of the brake drum, catching on the shoes and making a loud popping sound. This will be cured by spacing the drum out farther on the spindle. The soft-start on the throttle is very annoying, and can be be an issue when you are navigating crosswalks or traffic. I am looking into whether the module can be reprogrammed. It's going to take an aftermarket dongle, possibly a different controller and programming knowledge. Having a degree in Electricity and PLC Programming is a plus. The brakes all needed adjusting. After these repairs, it's actually pretty good. It goes through the grass and up hills better than other scooters I have owned. The suspension is nice. It goes 12mph and the batteries last a long time. I haven't ran it down very far yet. It has plenty of storage and an extra seat for the grandkids. Maybe the one I got was a lemon. I should have shipped it back. It comes in a large crate, delivered by truck and dropped in your driveway. Make sure you uncrate it right there with the driver watching. Check for damage. I should have sent this back right there, but I didn't check the actual operation. If it was properly built, it would get 4 plus stars. ... show more

  • They do not keep parts in stock on brand new product-which they discontinued
I purchased a $2,999.00 scooter in 2021 and 27 miles later and in 2022 the batteries smokes leaking battery acid, the breaker switch stopped working and the motor locked up. I was told that they discontinued this model and do not have any motors for it, but they would keep an eye out. It cost me about $100.00 per mile for my 24 year old son to use. We are out $2999.00, Do not purchase any items from this company. They do not answer calls, or return calls. My local dealer has also stopped selling this product do this issue along with his own issue of batteries having to be replaced on a show room floor model, they cost about $500.00 to replace. ... show more
