He is 75 and his skin is thin, so these are perfect for doing any type of work in the fields and tall grass and any type of yard work. They stay on good. Purchased these to help when working in the woods, they do a wonderful job of keeping my arms from getting all scraped up by branches and the like. BUT don’t expect them to protect you from berries or hawthorn or other thorny trees. Thorns go right through them (as expected I guess). I was a bloody mess when I got back to camp LOL.
