This unit does not fit my 2021 Dodge Ram 5.7. The heat shield requires clips on the truck to install. My truck requires a grommeted fit. No way to even make it fit. Not even in the close!!

This cold air intake was a solid upgrade for my 5.7L Ram. The kit shows up with everything you actually need (tube, filter, heat shield, hardware), and the parts feel better than I expected for the price. The heat shield fits well and helps keep the setup looking tidy instead of like a random filter hanging out in the engine bay. The included pre-filter is a nice touch too, especially if you drive in dusty areas or deal with a lot of road grime. Install was straightforward and didn’t require anything exotic. Once everything was snugged down, it fired right up with no issues. Throttle response feels a bit sharper, but the biggest change is definitely the sound. You get a deeper intake tone under load and a more noticeable “whoosh” when you get into the throttle, without being obnoxious during normal cruising. Overall, this is a well-rounded intake kit that looks good, fits properly, and delivers the main thing most people want from an intake: better sound and a clean, functional setup. If you’ve been wanting to wake up the 5.7 a little without spending a fortune, this is an easy recommendation.

I installed this cold air intake on my Ram 1500 5.7L and everything fit perfectly. Installation was easy and didn’t take long with basic tools. The throttle response feels better and I’ve noticed a slight improvement in gas mileage during regular driving. It also sounds nice without being too loud. The intake looks great under the hood and feels well built. Overall, this is a solid upgrade for the price and worth it.

I installed this EVIL ENERGY cold air intake on my Ram 5.7L, and it’s been a solid upgrade. The fitment is clean, the heat shield sits properly, and the pre-filter is a nice bonus for keeping dirt out. Installation was straightforward with everything lining up as expected. Throttle response feels a bit sharper, and the engine sound has a deeper tone without being too loud or obnoxious. The materials feel sturdy, and all the clamps hold tight. This is a really good quality cold air intake. Nice, open filter. Quality aluminum intake pipe. Clean looking cold air box. All inclusive intake set. Everything you need for a quick install. Comes with two filter socks to protect your filter. Direct replacement.
