I had to buy this power supply because the brand new EVGA BQ600 (Bronze 80+) I originally got started having really bad issues. It started with the fans loudly grinding, then not moving, then randomly powering off my PC during gaming. As an experienced PC builder and certified electronics repair technician, I instantly knew the issue and purchased this replacement. Since installation, I have had zero issues gaming for super long hours without break. This product has an auto ECO mode that will only toggle the fan to spin when the PSU is getting warm. While this is a neat feature in theory, it cannot be toggled off and I believe was the reason why my previous PSU died so I was hesitant to get another product with that feature, however this Supernova GT didn't let me down. I never noticed the fan spinning even under heavy loads, so I don't know if the PSU is either just much better at handling high loads and temps, or if it only spins briefly before I can get down and look under my PC to check on it. Must be a ninja. Anyway, I'll be posting an update on this in a few days/weeks to see if this one held up much better. I can't tell you loud the fan yet is because I've never seen it spin to hear it. Since using this PSU I have not had any random power off issues as my previous faulty PSU did.

I'm writing this review after almost two months and a half of using it. Power it's been stable, no voltage droppings of weird things so far. Cables are well made, it keeps working silent until you squeeze enough power from it (it will turn it's fan on then). I assembled it with an m-ATX rig, with an APU (5600g oced) for now until GPUs become "buyable", 5 fans and two drives (m.2 and a regular SATA NAS drive for storing data. This may be the best option you can find if you're looking for a good power supply with 600w or more, at a good price with a plus of being modular.

Had it for many years, still trucking. It was running a 3090 for a while, but as it aged its not been able to keep up, but it can still run the rx 6800 I originally bought it for, no problem.

I found out after some research EVGA has some crazy rules about owner ship of their products they manufacture, they apparently want to break into your home and go through your stuff and violate your privacy to make sure you don't have more than one or two of their products of the same kind, I am just making a point, or go through your purchase history before they send you anything after you bought a product. I found that any product bought from EVGA takes over a week before they will ship it after going through your online purchase records, they violate privacy laws in the united states and need consent to access such records, EVGA full of excuses for not mass manufacturing 8GB GPU's or some of their best products. They have to many rules based on excuses on why they don't want to make their own products.

All parts and a test part included. Came up great. Install was ok. I like the modular units and will probably only order these type in the future. I would have liked the sata cables to be longer, have an extension, or to include an extra. This is in a mid tower and it was hard to connect all the sata units. Had some trouble with the sata power to the pcie graphics on the mobo. Other than that it works great and is quiet.

I got this because I upgraded my GPU to a 3060ti. It runs great. Really quiet at idle. I’ve only heard it running a few times while under load. The wiring is great too. It made the management of the interior of my rig much easier to deal with. Although the wires themselves are a bit think. But I’d rather they be a bit thinker and run the current they need as opposed to the old school red yellow black wires that have caused issues for me in the past. Easy to install, runs quiet, and does the job. What else do you need?
