I don't know why I thought these were going to be wearable over my regular eyeglasses -- I must have confused them with one of the many others I looked at -- but they definitely aren't. I can easily place them over my glasses but then they slide down immediately because they don't have that little "shelf" at the top that would hold them up. They're really nice though. The lenses are plastic of course, but overall they feel like quality glasses. I like the light yellow tint. I've had other blue light blockers in the past that were a darker amber and they darkened the tv / computer too much. Overall I like them and nearly kept them, but even without my eyeglasses underneath, the nose bridge is too wide for me and they keep sliding down to the end of my nose. I'm on the small side, probably they'd work fine for an average sized person and I think they're sized more for men.

This is my first time to try blue light glasses. I found them to be quite helpful in reducing eye strain and fatigue. The glasses were lightweight and comfortable to wear. The lenses had a yellowish tint. although it was distracting at first, but I quickly got used to it. The glasses effectively filtered out blue light without affecting the clarity of my vision. I noticed a significant reduction in eye strain and headaches after using the glasses for a few days. They were particularly helpful when I had to work late and spend long hours in front of my computer. I also wore them while using my phone and watching TV, and I found that they reduced the amount of eye fatigue. Love them!
