The delivery driver called me 30 minutes to confirm drop off. Awesome Mike and his partner carefully delivered the sectional. After unwrapping, I thought pieces were missing, but this sectional contains multiple storage compartments were wires and such are carefully stored underneath the couches. I was highly impressed with the care the company took into reasurring wires and such were wrapped to perfection using zip-ties, boxes and straps so nothing went missing during shipment. Quality control at its finest. The instructions were a little unclear about sliding the backrest and seat together, so I will inform anyone interested in purchasing this couch to pull the clips forward when sliding the backrest in for a perfect fit as I was a little slow. The wires for the 3 seater have 2 separate wires that need to be connected before adding the adapter. The charging port that you are able to charge your phone on is not fast charging. It will take my samsung note 23 4 hrs to charge. Not a big deal just added info for those wondering. The couches are also very comfy and cushiony. I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested. I was concerned before ordering, but honestly.... I am very impressed. I wouldn't recommend rough housing on this couch because it may not handle a take down. Other than that... if your looking for a cozy couch, get this. ... show more
